NEITHER THE SPONSOR NOR ANY CONTEST ENTITY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL HARM OR DEATH THAT
MAY BEFALL ANY ENTRANT AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST. PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT
EXPOSE THEMSELVES OR OTHERS TO ANY DANGEROUS, HARMFUL OR ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR/ACTIVITY AT ANY
TIME DURING THIS CONTEST. PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY TRAFFIC, SAFETY, AND OTHER APPLICABLE

Participation in this contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and
judges’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest. Winning a prize is contingent
upon acceptance of these official rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

eligibility
The contest is open to anyone who are residents of the Republic of the Philippines only.

For purposes of this contest, “Entrant” means the person who actually performs the skateboarding trick within
the submission. Any person submitting a submission on an Entrant’s behalf must have the prior written permis-
sion and authority of the Entrant, or the submission will be disqualified.

Participation in the contest constitutes Entrant’s full understanding and acceptance of these official rules.

contest timeline
The contest begins at 12:00 NN PHT on May 28, 2019 and ends at 12:00 NN PHT on June 19, 2019.

how to enter
Each Entrant may enter the contest by visiting Malevolent's Facebook page for the official rules during the entry
period and following the instructions. Video entry must be submitted to MLVTPH@GMAIL.COM with your
full Information.

Each Entrant may submit any kind of trick regardless of the duration of the clip. Each Entrant may also submit
unlimited number of submissions as long as it follows the rules.

submission guidelines
- Videos must not contain watermarks
- Must not be of poor visual and/or audio quality
- Submission must be original
- No duplicate submissions
- Videos must be submitted to mlvtph@gmail.com & following this format:

display of entry
All submissions will be displayed on Malevolent's Facebook page for likes and share.

By submitting an entry, the Entrant certifies that the submission is Entrant’s original video or audio visual
content, footage and photographs and does not and will not infringe, misappropriate or violate any third party’s
patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights.

selection of winners
The Best Trick Winner will each be determined by our judges & public voting results that will be available on
Facebook throughout the contest period. Any individual can vote on each eligible submission on Facebook
during the contest period.

The judging panel will use the judging criteria to select the Best Trick Winner and a People’s Choice Winner
from all the eligible submissions.

The evaluation of the judging panel will determine which entry will be qualified for the Best Trick Winner and
the People’s Choice Winner will be determined by the number of likes or reactions on the submission.

judging criteria
The judging panel will evaluate each eligible submission based on the following criteria:
- Degree of difficulty of trick: (50%)
- Performance and style: (25%)
- Spot and/or obstacle: (25%)

prizes
ONE (1) BEST TRICK WINNER
Best trick winner will receive 1 Malevolent skateboard deck & 2 Malevolent shirts.

ONE (1) PEOPLE’S CHOICE WINNER

People’s choice winner will receive 2 Malevolent shirts.

Winners will be announced on June 21, 2019 (Go Skateboarding Day) at 12:00 NN PHT.
