Private American National Non-Adverse/Non-Combatant, Grantee Registrant Owner/Secured Party
Creditor, john-:doe, is hereby requesting Due Process of Adequate Assurance of Performance pursuant to
UCC 2-609 to confirm that SYNCHRONY BANK via Acceptance Now has a valid, non-colorable,
consensual contract, in Equity, with the Defendant and is not demanding illegal contractual performance—
which would have an economic effect similar to stealing, counterfeiting and swindling—and that
SYNCHRONY BANK via Acceptance Now has followed the Federal Laws 12 USC Sec. 1831n (a)(2)(A),
12 CFR 741.6(b), International Regulatory Framework for Banks (Basel III) and United Nations
Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) regarding Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards concerning Acct# 4479941339802364. The Estate
requests true certified copies of the Certificate of Debt Entry, true copy of Authorization Form SSA-89
from Social Security Administration signed by (RESPONDENT/AFFIANT) Authorizing use of Social
Security number and SYNCHRONY BANK via Acceptance Now’s Tax Registration Certificate.

SYNCHRONY BANK via Acceptance Now is trespassing the Estate and injuring the Registrant
Owner/Secured Party Creditor; a Private American National. Please disclose how Account #
4479941339802364, funded. Identify the true Obligor and Obligee. Return all original case records and
filings to the Registrant Owner/Secured Party Creditor so that they can be validated and properly endorsed.
The Estate vehemently requests a full accounting of Account # 4479941339802364 and the return of all
interest and proceeds accrued in all associated Trusts created on behalf of the Defendant.

Within 10 days of receipt of this notice, an authorized officer or agent of SYNCHRONY BANK via
Acceptance Now must sign and return an affidavit affirming, under penalty of perjury, that US
SYNCHRONY BANK via Acceptance Now has followed the Federal Laws 12 USC Sec. 1831n (a)(2)(A),
12 CFR 741.6(b), International Regulatory Framework for Banks (Basel III) and United Nations
Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) regarding Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards concerning Account # 4479941339802364. In
addition, true certified copies of the Certificate of Debt Entry and SYNCHRONY BANK via Acceptance
Now’s Tax Registration Certificate must also be received by the Registrant Owner/Secured Party Creditor.

If you are unable or unwilling to meet the Estate’s lawful requests, you are ordered to remove the
Affiant from the above referenced account, and any other accounts, orders and or decrees as Obligor or a
Party in any capacity thereto, and restore full Equity to the Estate. This is the Estate's good faith attempt to
settle this matter and clear up any confusion about the terms of Account # 4479941339802364.

Respond ONLY with an affidavit, signed under penalty of perjury, attesting that SYNCHRONY BANK via
Acceptance Now has followed the Federal Laws 12 USC Sec. 1831n (a)(2)(A), 12 CFR 741.6(b),
International Regulatory Framework for Banks (Basel III) and United Nations Commission on International
Trade Law (UNCITRAL) regarding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Generally Accepted
Auditing Standards concerning Account # 4479941339802364 and true certified copies of the Certificate of
Debt Entry and SYNCHRONY BANK via Acceptance Now’s Tax Registration Certificate. Failure to
respond will be deemed a dishonor of this Notice and proof of no contractual obligation to US
SYNCHRONY BANK via Acceptance Now by or on behalf of the Affiant, the Estate or the Registrant
Owner/Secured Party Creditor. The affidavit is evidence that may be used according to the Federal Rules
of Evidence to prosecute or enforce any default by you in this matter.
