CLASS REFLECTION
During this class, I have learned the importance of being an instructional leader.
Instead of trying to change beliefs and attitudes, administrators should be
providing teachers with new strategies and practices, observing student learning,
and providing critical, meaningful feedback. The focus should always be on
improving practices. It should be a goal to get teachers and students to invite you
into their room.
Remember : "Everyone needs a coach" and to always ask, "What is best for kids?"
