AUDIO-VISUAL SCRIPTS FOR THE VISITORS AND PARTICIPANTS

VIDEO # 1 SCRIPT

Target audience: Visitors of TREES


Objectives:
After watching the 5-minutes long video presentation, the viewers should be able to:
1) Define and explain what is TREES;
2) Explain the reason why TREES was established;
3) Distinguish and explain the vision and mission of TREES;
4) Enumerate at least three (3) accomplishments of TREES; and
5) Identify the contact details of TREES.
Treatment: The main concept of the video is “question and answer,” wherein questions are
directly presented and are answered in a straightforward manner. This way, the video will
present the information more directly and more concisely. The video will use the informative
approach. It will contain real-life photos and video footages to provide the viewers with more
believable and true-to-life ideas about TREES. The information will be narrated from a third-
person perspective to give the video a more formal atmosphere. In case the interviewees use
other languages instead of English, subtitles will be provided in the video.

VIDEO # 2 SCRIPT

Target audience: Participants of TREES’ activities and/or programs


Objectives:
After watching the 10-minutes long video presentation, the viewers should be able to:
1) Define and explain what is TREES;
2) Explain the goals of TREES;
3) Enumerate and discuss the uses of at least three (3) facilities offered by TREES;
4) List down and explain the goals of at least three (3) training courses offered by TREES;
5) Identify the contact details of TREES.
Treatment: The video will be similar to a documentary in that it will comprise different video
styles such as montages, video testimonials, slideshow presentations, and an expert interview.
The video will be done in this style to thoroughly present the numerous information needed.The
video will use a combination of the motivational and informative approaches. The visual aspect
of the video will comprise of realistic photos and up-to-date video clips. Meanwhile, a voice-over
narration will be mainly used for the audio aspect of the video. The narration will be done from a
third-person perspective to make the video more formal and well-suited to the target audience.
Subtitles will be included in the video when an interviewee uses languages other than English.
Time duration: Approximately 8 minutes and 50 seconds
