Company goals:

1. Gross an annual revenue of $1,000,000 within our first year.


Make each product profitable so that we can reach out revenue goal. Create a sales contract
and receive 150,000 in starting revenue.
-We weren’t able to reach this goal, but our company came around $15,000 short. However, this
was a very hard goal we set for our company, and we are very proud to say that we were
extremely close in achieving it.
2. Create a one of a kind experience by attaining a 4.5 star rating for our trips.
Book packages that include exotic and limited to that place activities that provide a once in a
lifetime thrill and adventure.
-We were able to reach this goal; at a high 4’s rating. Our products were high quality and in fact
lowered the customers stress in planning a trip. Our vacations allowed for the customer to skip
the hassle of planning and go straight to enjoying it.
3. Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate through a smooth booking experience.
The package includes plane tickets, hotels, and activities/excursions that you buy all in one.
This eliminated all the time for the customer searching for these necessities separately.
-We were able to reach this goal and achieve a satisfaction rate in the high 90’s. This
represents how satisfied our customers were when they booked a once in a lifetime experience
with us. They were treated with the utmost respect and importance, and many of them said they
would definitely use us again.

Financial performance:
The company’s assets have grown over $500,000 in the past 6 months. Our liabilities total
around $136,000. The capital of our company hovers around $200,000. Our revenue as of in
April, totaled close to $1,000,000 making our company very successful. However, our expenses
total around $1.1 million, making our company in debt by about $130,000. But, this isn’t
anything to deter Horizons as many first companies are in debt. As long as we continue to raise
our sales and profitability, Horizons will see growth in the future. All of these financial highlights
culminate to our company having a lot of room to grow and learn from our mistakes in order to
make a profit in the future.

Strategic direction:
In the future, Horizons would like to adapt the product line to create a more profitable and
expansive orientated product theme. Currently, our products are all in the high end price range
and with our plan we would like to introduce new products that vary in prices. This will allow for
our company to reach a larger target market and have new customers buy our products. This
would also increase the sales factor making our company more profitable, ultimately allowing us
to expand our company.

Product/service:
Horizons sells anything from tropical trips and packages, to urban and
winter as well. We also sell exclusive events like lollapalooza which is one
of our top sellers. Lastly we sell weekend packages which Las Vegas and
Chicago. Some of our top products are Chicago, Las Vegas, Lollapalooza,
and a Bora Bora trip while swimming with the dolphins. We took the stress
factor out of planning a trip and strived to make your experience as simple
as possible
