Professional Responsibility PMP® Mastery System
Welcome to my PMP Mastery System!
(Based on The PMBOK Guide – 5th Edition)

First up, my PMP Mastery System has been fully upgraded to include the latest PMI changes in
January 2016. Most training companies offer a 5 day PMP course, and these have very steep
learning curves leading up to taking the PMP exam.

The objective therefore of my PMP Mastery System is to give you a thorough walkthrough of
The PMBOK® Guide prior to your attendance at a training event or for you to apply for the
exam yourself.

My PMP® Mastery System is also designed for those who wish to grasp a complete
understanding of the method without the need for further training.

I have created 24 video modules that accompanied by 14 Handbooks, and they have been
designed to cover the full syllabus in simple step-by-step ‘chunks’. Each module ranges from
around 30 minutes to 60 minutes in length so that you can learn at your own pace and time.

I recommend the following sequence of study:-

1. Watch the video modules in number order. I suggest that you do not make any notes – you
can do this when and if you wish to watch the videos a second time.

2. Watch the videos in conjunction with their accompanying Handbooks.

3. Carry out the exercises at the end of each Handbook as these re-enforce your learning, and
then return to the videos/slide diagrams if needed.

3. Carry out the PMP® Quiz files. Any incorrect answers will give you a guide as to which
module material you need to review again.

4. Use the 500 question databank if you need, and review the PMP® EXAM CRAM.

5. Take the Quizzes over several sittings. Each time you get stuck, review the relevant video
module for a second time and take notes where provided if you wish.

Good Luck on your path to become a PMP®!
