The Energy Regulatory Commission - Bids and Awards Committee (ERC-HAC)

cordially invites you to submit a quotation/propo.sal and participate in the
conduct of Negotiated Procurement for the Lease of Office Space for
ERC - Visayas Area Operations Dhision (ERC-VAOD) on 14 March
2018 (Wednesday) at one thirty in the afternoon (1:30 P.M.) at - ERC
Visayas Area Operations Division (ERC-VAOD), St. Mary's Drive,
Cebu City. This ,viII involve a physical meeting \\ith BAC Member, Atty. Rhett
Roswell F. r-.1islang and BAC Technical Working Group (TIVG) Members
Engineer Noel C. Repono and a vidcoconfcrence ,vith three (3) BAC Members
who 'will be in Manila.

In view thereof, the ERC-HAC is requesting your Company to submit on or before

14 March 2018, nol later than one o'clock in the afternoon (1:00
P.M.), a best and final offer ••••
ith respect to all aspects of your proposaL The ERC
shall select the successful offer on the basis of such be.st and final offers which
should meet the minimum technical requirements and should not exceed the
approved budget for contract (ABC) of ONE MILLION EIGHT HU1\LlRED
THOUSAND PESOS (PhPl,8oo,ooo.oo), VAT inclusive.
