1- DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE - DISTRIBUTION

MyCam is a shareware.
Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before buying it.
If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you are expected to register.

The unregistered shareware is limited to use with limited features.

Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and the copyright
holder retains all rights, with a few specific exceptions as stated below.

The trial version of MyCam is available for distribution by any party.

Anyone may distribute the complete and unregistered version of MyCam for any kind
of remuneration (if so, you must specify that this program is a shareware not a
freeware). These must be exact copies of the officially released version in its
self-extracting file or archive. If so, e2eSoft would like to be advised so that
the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of MyCam.

But, you may NOT distribute valid registration codes without our prior agreement.

You are encouraged to pass a copy of the trial version of MyCam along to your
friends for evaluation.

2- DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT

Users of MyCam must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

MyCam is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,
including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for
any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential,
which may result from the use of MyCam.

MyCam is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the user for

evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but please do not give it away
altered or as part of another system. The essence of "user-supported" software is
to provide personal computer users with quality software without high prices, and
yet to provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.

If you find this program useful and find that you are using MyCam and continue to
use MyCam after a reasonable trial period, you must make a registration payment to
e2eSoft (please visit http://www.e2esoft.cn/MyCam for more details). The
registration fee will license one copy for use on one computer at any one time.
Commercial users of MyCam must register and pay for their copies of MyCam within 15
days of first use or their license is withdrawn.
3- RESTRICTIONS

You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and
only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE. You
may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient
agrees to the terms of this EULA. You may not use the SOFTWARE to perform any
unauthorized transfer of information (e.g. transfer of files in violation of a
copyright) or for any illegal purpose.

4- EXCEPTIONS

No exceptions to any portion of this license agreement will be allowed without the
express written permission of e2eSoft.
