3. Gamemasters 4 - In charge of forming games for adults and - Depends on the
kids game but let’s make
- Atleast 4-5 games will do it simple and easy
but fun
4. Sound system 1 - tech savvy, in charge of gadgets
/Technicals: (projector, sound system, mic)
5. Documentary 2 - In charge of taking graphic moments - 2 cameras, 1 for
committee: photo capture and
the other 1 for
video
6. Food 2 - Coordinates with the elders on
committee: preparation and readiness status of foods
including drinks
7. Decoration 2 - At least 1 poster will be created. - Art materials
committe - Needs to be creative and idealistic.
