AGREEEMENT
This is an agreement between MANUEL N. AFAN JR. (Husband) and SALLY I. AFAN (Wife) both
legal age, Filipino, and both resident of Rizal, Diffun,Quirino.

The parties are married but are currently separated; and they have 3 children together, who are
listed below:

This parties want to settle between themselves all questions of custody and children support;

That the wife want to get a support to his husband a monthly support to their children amounting of
FIVE THOUSAND ABOVE (P5,000.00) Philippine Currency;

This monthly support will be started at the first week of the MAY 2019;
