Seva Kendra with troubleshooting capabilities which communicates, records, tracks and resolves the GST
queries of the businesses was essentially required. Small traders and business owners were finding it
extremely hard to cope-up with the current GST regime. Hence finding a Solution for their problems the
GST Seva Kendra are being opened in every nook and corner of India. The Aim of these small financial
centers is to provide an affordable financial solution for every sector.

who wants to setup a GST Seva Kendra needs to invest a small amount of INR 5000 +GST for 5 years license
approved by GSTN and software, also in a necessary computer system and broadband. This also presents a
good business opportunity with low investment. Some services provided by a GST Seva Kendra to end
customers are GST Enrollment, GST Returns, All services related to a CA like taxation, company formation,
Digital Signatures, PAN card etc.

The scope of work is to get these GST SEVA Kendra opened by adhering to the rules and regulations and
keeping in mind the eligibility criteria’s. Contact center partner will do outbound calling on their own
validated qualified data base and documentation will be collected from interested customers to open
their respective GST SEVA Kendra.

CONTRACTUAL AND FINANCIAL TERMS

Process Coverage - PAN India


Minimum seats to start with: 5 up to any
Process Audit: Weekly/Monthly, considering all KPI’S into consideration
Call Recordings: 100%Sales Calls
Reporting: Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly (Reporting format will be shared)
Calling Data: To be sourced by the call center OR we charge the qualified digital media data sourcing
from us,(INR 16 to 25) wherein we will provide qualified leads, payable upfront to GST SEVA KENDRA's
HEAD OFFICE. Has to be purchased weekly paying in advance.
Payout: INR 2500 per sale.
Invoicing: End of every day and will be cleared within 1 day of the Invoice raised date.
Training: Will only start when minimum 5 people plus support staff will be ready on floor.
Ensure all KYC documents are collected from the customer
All reports shared on the agreed timelines
Payment collection method strictly to be adhered (Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Cheque), Strictly no
cash should be entertained
100% timely follow-ups and closures
Process will be terminated immediately if contact center is found dealing in cash.
