Hereinafter collectively called “The Members/ Tenant – Co-owners /
Active Participants” and for The sake of brevity and clarity and in short
referred as “The Members” of “_______________ Co-Operative Housing
Society”

thereof, be deemed to mean and include their respective heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, etc.)

WHEREAS:-

1. The Developer has submitted proposal to the Society Dt.
__________ and the same which is attached herewith and is part
and parcel of this Memorandum of Understanding between the
parties.
3. The said society and all its members have also passed a
Unanimous Resolution to that effect Dt ________ and the same is
attached to this MOU and should be considered as a part and
parcel of this agreement. All the members have also executed
separate Consent Letters and the same have been attached to this
agreement. The said Society has also issued a “Letter of
Confirmation” in favor of M/s. RAVETKAR GROUP on ________ and
the same been attached to this agreement executed between the
parties mentioned in this agreement.
4. The Developer is satisfied about the title of the Party of the First
Part to the said Property and rights, title and interest of its
members for their respective flats and has inspected, examined
and satisfied of all documents of title as aforesaid before execution
of this MOU.

7. And whereas, the Party of the First Part and its Members are re-
developing their existing building and some of the members also
desirous to purchase additional area from the Developer other than
that offered free by the Developer through the Development
Agreement.
8. In view of the said requirement and to finalize the deal with the
Developer, such members will finalize the said deal within not
more than 30 days and in any event before the Development
Agreement is executed to assure the Developer and Confirm their
interest in purchasing the additional area at the agreed and
negotiated price between the Members and the Developer.
10. All the provisions of MCS, RERA and MOFA acts with respect to
redevelopment shall be applicable to this scheme.
All that piece and parcel of the property of buildings owned by the society
on CTS NO. _______ S. NO. -________ Plot No. ________, _____________,
