I will…

● Complete my first set of compiled annotations by the beginning of next week

● Complete the stasis activity and work on creating a research question

● Assimilate into the Independent Research course and adjust to the different assignments

and schedule

Journal

On Tuesday, October 9, Ms. Sasser and I decided that it would be best for me to switch

classes into Independent Research because the hunt for a mentor was not going well. I will start

the class on Friday, October 12. I think that I can use this experience for if I decide to try

Intern/Mentor again next year, as I will have a better understanding of the timeline I should be

following. I have a set of compiled annotations for first quarter that I can build off on in the

future. I am working on the stasis activity, and will be developing a research question in the

coming weeks. I don’t know exactly how far behind I am for Independent Research, but I will

work this week and the upcoming couple of weeks to try and catch up. The amount of work that I

have for other classes is starting to pick up, so I will have to adjust to these changes fairly

quickly.
