TROUBLESHOOTING:

End user is failing to back up a virtual machine to cloud using agentless backup in Acronis
Backup Cloud. The virtual machines are running on a Free ESXi host. Select the reason of the
problem with the appropriate solution: *

 Agentless backup does not support cloud storage. Select local destination for backup
 Agentless backup is available only for Hyper-V server. To successfully backup the VMs you
need to install the Agent for Windows/Linux inside the guest OS
 Free ESXi is supported with limitations: you cannot perform an agentless backup. To
successfully backup the VMs you need to install the Agent for Windows/Linux inside the guest
OS
User has exceeded the backup storage quota of 100GB, however when you calculate total
amount of cloud backups available for restore, you can see only about 60GB of data. What is the
