Atula Krsna moved to India at the age of six and was admitted into a traditional monastery mostly

associated with sound meditation, Japa Yoga. From an early age he showed a natural interest for
the mystical science and practices of yoga.
He has accepted training in asana and pranayama from world recognised teachers in China and
India. He is presently practicing the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga of Mysore from a celebrated disciple
of the legendary B.N.S. Iyengar, Yogacarya Chidananda and his most respected father Acarya
Venkateshaya.

When the breath wanders the mind is unsteady,

but when the breath is still

so is the mind.

Thus the yogi attains the power of steadiness.

– Hatha-yoga Pradipika 2.2

Atula spends months at a time in spiritually dense environments practicing in seclusion the way of
the yogi, searching for the truths of life, the potential in all of us.

In this course he will share with you the ancient wisdom and practice of pranayama or ‘the
development of energy’.

In the present world there is a general increase of mental and emotional imbalance and a
consequent manifestation of bodily diseases. For the serious practitioners of yoga all this can be
