1. WEARING OF COMPLETE UNIFORM IS A MUST!

3. ROTATION AND REQUEST
a. ROTATION – First in First Out and rule natin. Ibig sabihin, kung sino unang dumating, sya din
ang mauuna sa rotation. Pag umayaw ang guest, ibigay sa NEXT IN LINE na masahista.
b. REQUEST – Dapat imention ng guest ang SCREEN NAME nyo sa istikbal para maconsider
syang request. However, kung nakita lang kayo ng guest sa labas kase super rampage ka,
considered WALK-IN pa din yon. Kapag yong beshy mo naman e pinasa sayo ang request
nya, WALK-IN pa din yon! In case na naka day off ka at may dumating kang request,
automatically susundin ang rotation, for as long as okay lang din sa guest at susundin pa din
ang FIRST IN FIRST OUT RULE.
c. WALANG AGAWAN ng guests! Period.
4. RUBRICS ng daily commission:
a. Sahuran
i. 10% sa walk-in, 15% sa request
ii. Target Scheme:
1. First Target – 850; incentive is 50
2. Double Target – 1250; incentive is 100
3. Triple Target – 1650 and up; incentive is 150
4. 11th guest and up – 50% ang sharing, regardless kung walk-in or request pero
hindi na to counted sa overall, meaning wala ng 10% or 15% at di na rin sya
kasali sa counting ng daily target at overtime. Gets?
5. Ang monthly target natin ay 25000 riyals sa total sales. Pag nareach nyo yan
within the month, you have an additional incentive of 1000sr.
b. Per Fatura
i. May rubrics ang mga istikbal on the commission scheme ng per fatura.
ii. Target Scheme:
1. First Target – 900; incentive is 50
2. Double Target – 1300; incentive is 100
3. Triple Target – 1700 and up; incentive is 150
4. 11th guest and up – 50% ang sharing, regardless kung walk-in or request pero
hindi na to counted sa overall, meaning wala ng commission at di na rin sya
kasali sa counting ng daily target at overtime. Gets?
5. Ang monthly target natin ay 30000 riyals sa total sales. Pag nareach nyo yan
within the month, you have an additional incentive of 1000sr.
