Reflection

I have revised my essay and I felt that I needed to redo my thesis. I added more details

throughout the essay. The details gave a better understanding of what I was trying to explain.

In the thesis of the original essay, I didn’t add my counter argument, but in the revised I added

the counter argument onto the thesis. In the counter agreement, I tried to present their point

views. Another thing, that I changed in the revised essay is that I added more details on what I

was talking about, so the reader could understand my talking points. In my original essay, I did

not present my point view clear enough and reader got lost. Therefore, I tried to clarify as much

as possible. In turn, I also tried to rewrite all the sentences that were awkward or were run on

sentences. I worked on my grammar as much as possible. Another thing, I worked on was using

quotes. I used the quote sandwich format because I didn’t do so in the original essay. Another

change that I did was to add transition sentences. I comment that I received was that I didn’t

properly cite my citations, so I fixed that as well. Finally, in the original essay I didn’t make the

page quota, so with all the details I added in the revised essay I made the page quota of three full

pages. Overall, I feel that my revised essay is much better than my original essay.
