Registering the host on CLARiiON in Navisphere.
Creating Storage Group using NaviSphere Manager and moving the host into the storage Group.
Binding Luns from the RAID Group of required Size.
Moving Luns to the Storage Group.
Storage Provisioning of CLARiiON CX Series using NaviSphere.
Configure Snapview Clones on CLARiiON CX Series Storage Systems.
Migration of devices from one RG/Pool to other RG/Pool.
Expansion of Meta LUN.
ISSUES:
Checking the Incident Queue for the SAN related Issues.
Meeting strict SLA in terms of maintaining critical applications and ensuring zero downtime.
Coordinating with various vendors for necessary escalations, troubleshooting and resolution of
problems to minimize impact on production environment.
CLIENT SERVICING:
Managing customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services.
Responsible for resolving customer complaints on performance bottlenecks.
Providing value added customer services by attending customer queries and issues.
Defining new processes and deployment of tools to continuously improve the Quality and
