New “Horeb Baptist Church”

Dear Friends, Family & Supporters,
In March we started our third year at Iglesia Bautista Horeb in Navolato. Son Brian and family are
doing well in Iglesia Bautista Betel in Alhuey and Radamés Gil and family are serving in Guamúchil
at Iglesia Bautista Jesús Salva. This church is considering moving to another location soon.
Apart from the weekly ministry activities of preaching at two churches and in drug rehabilitation
centers, visitation, counseling and miscellaneous responsibilities, we have been hosting special
events and preaching at other sister churches. We are blessed to have the help of assistant pastor
Marco Polo, faithful lay leaders and deacons such as Daniel Colorado and Polo Cordero and several
other ladies who spend many hours cooking and decorating to make our events very special.
We just got back from attending the 50th Anniversary of Instituto Práctico Ebenezer and Semi-
nary (IPES) where Luis Pérez, from our church in Navolato, graduated along with 8 other students.
Luis will be heading the mission church in Villa Juárez, while helping us in the home church in Nav-

 May: Bible Clubs in Villa Juárez; 50 anniversary of IPES.

Special Prayer Requests: Incorporating new workers in the ministry: Brother Polo will retire and be
available for full-time service at the church; Luis and Daniel, along with assistant pastor Marco Polo.
 Young couples working through marriage difficulties. Marco Polo will probably leave to go back to Colorado this fall.
 The mission church in Villa Juárez should start to look for permanent location and to start supporting their pastor.
 We will be helping at Campamento Meta in Morelia July 8-August 2; then we will have 2 DVBS when we get back.
