Foreword
Siriraj Statistical Report 2016 is formulated to present the patient care statistics
of the clinical service units, supporting units and departments. The content is comprised
of general, out-patient, in-patient and other medical services statistics. The Medical
Record Division is responsible for tracking and correcting data, inspecting and
cooperating with involving departments in order to get the comprehensive and accurate
information.
I also hope that this statistical report will be useful and beneficial to healthcare
personnel. However, if there is any error occurring in the report; please kindly inform the
Medical Record Division.
