Engagement Activity 1:

Group the class into 2 groups. The first group will be


assigned in giving the plural form of words in the given picture
while the group 2 will be assigned in giving the singular form of
words. The pictures will be posted and paper strips will be given
for the answers.

C. Analysis/Discussion
Discuss to the class about the verbs and its examples.

Singular means one. Plural means more than one. Plural usually end
in –s or –es. Some plural forms are irregular. They don’t end in –s or –es.

Examples:
parent - parents , book – books , church - churches
man – men, woman – women, child – children
