a. Ice breaker; cooperative game
- All students write 3 sentences true and 1 sentence not true about
pe. Or sport and write their nick
name on paper.
- Students walk around the gym and pair up with someone –
- Tell their name to each other and guest which sentences are true
or not true and take turn to new
pair ,Do about 3 minutes.
b. Tour gymnasium

Day 2
I. Introduction; Fitness test
II. Stretch/Warm-up
-Teacher lead light warm up to make students ready to do the test.
III. Lesson Focus
- Explain and demonstrate (test cardiovascular endurance test)
IV. Culminating Activities
- Test cardiovascular endurance
- Classes warm-up (Cool down)
V. Assessment;
- Participation and effort observation VI. Equipment; Speaker, Beep
test audio and students list name sheet
for record score.
VII. Closure, Discussion about fitness test

Day 3
I. introduction; First ball passing (bump and set skill)
II. Stretch/Warm-up
- Teacher lead game for warm up Team tag game (group students
to be 2 group) play game
about 5 minutes
- Teacher lead students do stretching exercise.
III. Lesson Focus, Explain and demonstrate bump-up skill
- Explain how to do the bump up, bump pass skill and tell them how
to do it complete.
IV. Culminating Activities (10 m)
- Individual
- Teacher lead students by give them many exercises to practice
and let they do the ball control.
- Bump-up-begin from one arm and switch arm to control the ball
and used both arm to contact ball up to
the ceiling ,do Partner bump-up
- Teacher choose pair for students and students do bump skill with
their pairs switch to bump one time
each.(student no 1 bump up and switch to no 2bump up)
- Bump-pass to their pair

- Participation, observation and skill record.
VI. Equipment
- One ball /student (25 balls)
- Big area (volleyball court with the net)
- Stop watch

Day 4
I. Introduction: First ball passing (bump, set) 2
II. Stretch/Warm-up;
- Teacher lead game for warm up partner tagged game (pair up
students) play game about 5 minutes
- Teacher lead students do stretching exercise.
III. Lesson Focus
- Review bump up and bump pass
- Modify volleyball game (used the badminton court the play)
- Explain and demonstrate set technique.
IV. Culminating Activities
- Individual bump and set.
- Teacher choose partner and group students practice bump and set
skill.
- Modify volleyball game with apply rules ,Used badminton court for
practice.
V. Assessment;
- Focus on the task Participation and effort during activities
observation
VI. Equipment;
- Ball 26 ball
- 4 badminton court, volleyball net
VII. Closure; discussion about weak and strong area for bump.
-Remind students bump power must come from leg not arm.

Day 5
I. Introduction: first ball passing (bump, set)

- Teacher lead game for warm up play game about 5 minutes ( set up
and lie down the cone)
III. Lesson Focus
- Explain and demonstrate technique good pass and bad pass to
setter
- Review bump up and bump pass
- Review set up and set pass to setter
- Modify game bump and set make group practice
IV. Culminating Activity
- Group training by Teacher separate 2 group of students , Group 1
lie down the cone ,Group 2set the
cone up.
- Individual bump up, partner bump and group bump (set) 5 or more
per group.
- Modify game volleyball

Day 6
I. Introduction: serve receive, serve
II. Stretch/Warm-up;
III. Lesson Focus
- Review bumping skill and setting skill
- Explain; demonstrate technique to receive ball fast, slow from serve
and how to toss ball to partner fast
and slow.
- Remind students, they must keep their eye on ball at all time.
- Modify game (full court)
IV. Culminating Activity
- Group training by Teacher separate 2 group of students, Group 1 lie
down the cone, Group 2set the cone
Up. Which group get more cone will be the team winner. (Teacher
added more cones and give them
Bigger area to play)
- Review Individual bump up, partner bump and group bump (set) 5
times in a role or more.
- Pair up students practice hit ball to partner by used under arm hit and
their partner bump ball back,
switch with their pair.
- Modify volleyball game

Day 7
I. Introduction: serve (under arm and overhead) serve receive 2
II. Stretch/Warm-up;
III. Lesson Focus
- Review bumping skill and setting skill with their pair, group.
- Explain; demonstrate technique to hit the ball under hand for serve
(overhead)
- Modify game (full court)
IV. Culminating Activity
- Group training by Teacher set student to be pair and try to tag their
partner knee.
- Stretching , Teacher lead ( Ex. toes touch, lunges, side bend ,arms
)
- Individual bump up, partner bump and group bump (set) 5 times in
a role.
- Pair up students practice hit ball to partner by used under arm hit
and take turn
- Hit (serve) ball to partner, used under arm hit and partner bump
ball back, switch with their pair.
- Practice receive ball serve by separate group and each group rotate
person to serve ball to their team
- Modify volleyball game

Day 8
I. Introduction: position, Rotation in volleyball and rules.
II. Stretch/Warm-up; station training (push –up, jumping jack, squat, jog)
III. Lesson Focus
- Explain; demonstrate position, rotation and add vb rules
- Brief volleyball history
- Modify game (king of the court)
IV. Culminating Activity
- Group station warm-up ,Teacher lead game( cone steal ) by set
students to be 2 groups spread out behind the end line ( volleyball court )
and both side start to jog to the net at the same time after they reach to the
net they have to do the block skill . After blocked they set ready position
prepare to steal the cone. Teacher will give them signal for grab the cone
from the middle line, Teacher will check how many cone each team can
steal. ( do it 3- 5 round)

- Group station training, Teacher lead game(Team knee tagged)
- Do stretching exercise , leg ,arm ect.
- Review all volleyball skill
- Game (King of the court)
- Game, class tournament

- Focus on the task and effort observation, participate

VI. Closure; what is good teamwork, how to improve team skill, how to play
volleyball in rules

Day 10
I. Introduction: tournament in volleyball
II. Stretch/Warm-up; run 3 labs, (push –up, jumping jack, squat, jog)

- Explain; how to play in volleyball (volleyball tournament)
- Volleyball game (tournament)

- Group station training
- Review all volleyball skill
