CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS CONTRACT OF SERVICE, is enter into by and between BENJAMIN BATIQUIN, JR. of Poblacion,
Danao City, Cebu, of legal age, Filipino, hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY; and JORGE A. NOYA,
Filipino, of legal age, with residential address at Deca Homes, Sabang, Danao City, herein referred to as
SECOND PARTY.

WITNESSETH

That the FIRST PARTY shall for a period of 1 day, unless sooner terminated, render to the SECOND
PARTY the herein services:

1. Provide Three (3) tents to Ramon M. Durano Sr. Foundation – STEC of Danao City;

That for the foregoing services, the SECOND PARTY shall pay to the FIRST PARTY the herein
remuneration:

The rental in the amount of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS only (₱ 2, 500.00) for the
three (3) tents chargeable against the appropriation of the MOOE Fund and other funds available for the
said purpose.

That either party may terminate this Contract by giving notice in writing at least one (1) month
before the date of termination of the contract. In such case, the notice given by the SECOND PARTY shall
not be binding unless the FIRST PARTY presents a certification from the proper office clearing himself of
all property and money accountabilities.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the PARTIES have hereunto set their hands on the 26th day of July, 2016 at
Danao City, Cebu, Philippines.
