Centrifugal
This series pump is single-suction, single-stage centrifugal sanitary pump
for conveying milk, beverage, wine and other liquids, food, chemical,
pharmaceutical and other industries indispensable transportation equipment.
Single seal maximum temperature of about 120 ℃, double mechanical seal
with the highest temperature of 150 ℃.

When the centrifugal pump sanitary pump is installed below the suction
level best location (such as a suction pump is installed above the surface,
before the need for pump priming the pump). Before use, check the direction

3, the cooling water temperature should be controlled within 40 ℃.

Vacuum pump
This series of centrifugal pumps belong to induce negative pressure pump

Self-priming
CIP pump, part of the material from the pump, are acid-resistant stainless
steel (International Standard for AISI316), acid corrosion properties, is

Pump maintenance and fault
1) Remove the pipe, unscrew the cap nuts (13) and remove the washer
(11, 12) and a pump (8).
2) Use a screwdriver against the coupling bolts (26) with a wrench
unscrew the locking screw (4).
3) in the counterclockwise direction (opposite the impeller) to
rotate the impeller (6), the impeller is removed, if necessary, can
be tapped to loosen the impeller wheel.
4) Remove the snap ring on the impeller (32) and pump cover 2) (a
static ring (33).

Single mechanical seal
1) 1) The active ring O-ring (31) cast the right amount of oil,
then put ring (32) together into the impeller (6). Note the
alignment pin slot machine sealed within the impeller (7).
2) 2) In the main stationary ring O-ring (31) cast the right
amount of silicone oil, and then put on the stationary ring
(33) together into the pump cover () 2.
3) 3) the impeller (6) fastened in the shaft (3), the inspection
