 Bill of Material preparation for Static Equipment’s as per )nspection work
List(IWL)/Modification Drawings.
 Estimate and Purchase Request Generation for Material Procurement & follow
up till material received at store.
 Preparing Shut-down Work package based on Inspection Work list and
Manufacturing requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:
Thickness gauging for various complicated jobs.

Ultrasonic testing:
Compressional wave scan on piping & vessels for corrosion/erosion detection,
lamination check, thickness measurement.

Corrosion/ erosion mapping.

Familiar with thickness gauging machines, Analog & Digital UT flaw detectors
(MODSONIC Einstein-II, Olympus EPOCH 600/650)

Perform liquid penetrant test (both fluorescent & Visible dye methods)

Perform Magnetic particle test (both dry & wet particle methods)
REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION:
Prepare daily inspection reports and follow up approval process & maintain
documentation.

Update inspection reports & retrieve information.
