Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th July at The Mills, (behind Sheraton Grand Hotel, Bund Garden Road).

The timings are:

Saturday 27th July – 3pm to 10pm
Sunday 28th July - 12pm to 10pm

Details for participation below:

RATES FOR EXHIBITORS (TWO DAYS)

Regular Stall – Rs. 18000 plus 18% tax

Each stall will be provided with an area of 10ft x 10ft, two tables of 6ft x 2ft with table cloth and frill,
two chairs and one 5 amp plug point and your stall name branding

Regular Sharing Stall – Rs. 10,000 plus 18% tax per exhibitor
This will be a regular stall but shared by TWO exhibitors – it will include three tables of 6ft x 2ft
(1½ table space per exhibitor) with table cloth and frill, two chairs per exhibitor, one 5 amp plug
point per exhibitor and stall name branding.

Premium Stall - Rs. 22,000 plus 18% tax

Each stall will be provided with an area of 10ft x 10ft, two side visibility, three tables of 6ft x 2ft
with table cloth and frill, two chairs, one 5 amp & one 15 amp plug point and stall name branding

Premium Sharing Stall – Rs. 12,000 plus 18% tax per exhibitor
This will be a premium stall but shared by TWO exhibitors – it will include four tables of 6ft x 2ft (2
tables space per exhibitor) with table cloth and frill, two chairs per exhibitor, one 15 amp plug
point per exhibitor and stall name branding + one extra table will be provided at the back – can be
used by both exhibitors.

Restaurants - Rs. 30,000 plus 18% tax

Each stall will be provided with an area of 10ft x 10ft, a gazebo, four tables of 6ft x 2ft with table
cloth and frill, three chairs, two 15 amp plug points, one 5 amp plug point and stall name branding

Wineries - Rs. 28,000 plus 18% tax

Each stall will be provided with an area of 10ft x 10ft, a gazebo, three tables of 6ft x 2ft with table
cloth and frill, two chairs, one 5 amp plug point, stall name branding and ice.

Cocktail Bar - Rs. 50,000 plus 18% tax (marked as Cb 1 and Cb 2 on the layout)
Each bar will be provided with an area of 10ft x 10ft, with gazebo, five tables of 6ft x 2ft with table
cloth and frill, four chairs, two 15 amp plug points, one 5 amp plug point and stall name branding.
BRANDING DIMENSIONS
Backdrops with frame, table front facia branding, easels and standees, are allowed as long as they
are within your space. The cost is to be borne by you. Please note the size for the following:

EXTRA tables and plug points will be charged as follows for 2 days
EXTRA TABLES Rs. 900
EXTRA PLUG POINTS – for a 5 amp Rs. 700
EXTRA PLUG POINTS – for a 15 amp Rs. 1100
FANS on Rent: Rs. 1200 for 2 days

Your extra plug point and table requirements should be made at the time of booking. No
request will be entertained at the market.
