Video Production Contract

I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT, PRODUCER, CLIENT, PROJECT, AND

USES

a) The Purpose of this document is to establish a contract between

ERIC DE LEON, hereinafter referred to as the DIRECTOR, and
JESSTINE LUI P. LABRADOR referred to as the PRODUCER for the
production of a video program 1 Minute Video Entry for the
2010 Goa International Film Festival (India)/PEPSI ,
hereinafter referred to as the PROJECT.

b) The DIRECTOR offers to produce the PROJECT for the PRODUCER

in exchange for valuable consideration as specified in Section II,
article (g) or Section III, article (b) below.

c) The PROJECT is to be a 1 minute (00:01:00) video entitled

“EVERYTHING FOR PEPSI”

d) The purpose of the PROJECT is to be used as an Official Entry to

the the 2010 Goa International Film Festival

e) No other use of the PROJECT is anticipated, nor have terms of

consideration been agreed.

II. PROCEDURE FOR PROJECT

a) The DIRECTOR will provide a quote for the PROJECT in advance to the
CLIENT. After signed approval by the CLIENT of said quote, the
DIRECTOR agrees to fulfill the following obligations:

• Filming for a maximum of 24 total hours, where “filming” refers

to camera operator’s presence at a filming location, not camera
recording time.

• Editing for a maximum of 312 total hours, including DVD menu

and label design (if applicable), video compression time, color
correction (if applicable), titling (if applicable), and motion
graphic design (if applicable).

b) The grand total of the production budget for non-scripted PROJECT

approved by the CLIENT is Php 6,000.00

c) This total is payable as follows:

 100%, or Php 6,000.00 non-refundable payment to confirm
project

III. PRIZE AGREEMENT

• The DIRECTOR and the PRODUCER agrees that in case the

PROJECT wins a major and / or any minor awards, the prize
(monetary or in any form) will be distributed evenly to the the
DIRECTOR and the PRODUCER. (50% to the DIRECTOR and
50% to the PRODUCER)

* Duplication services are not included in this agreement.

* There are no other agreements or codicils relative to this PROJECT between

either of the parties herein either verbally or in writing, and this document
constitutes the entirety of the contract.

* I have read, understand and agree with every provision of this contract and
by my signature, hereby certify that I accept and agree to abide by them and
that I am competent and legally qualified to enter in to such a contract.
