PROJECT EXPERIENCE
PROJECT#1:
Title : FastPath R&D WLAN enterprise Aps - Broadcom
Domain : WLAN/LAN.
Duration : September-2012 to March 2017.
Role : QA-Tester.

Description:
FastPath is a R&D project programs developed to provide WLAN/LAN solutions to
the customers as per requirement. Fast 11ac radios comes in FP 6.5. FastPath 6.6 includes new
features TURBO QAM, Wireless multicast forwarding, Clustering enhancements it supports
both UAP/UWS across five platforms and different radio combinations. FastPath 6.7 includes
secure cluster mode join, LAG, OLPC, boot code upgrade and etc. legacy features.WAVE2
involves from FastPath 7.0. It also includes RSDB, Airtime fairness, AIR-IQ, serviceability and
etc. features.

Responsibilities:
 Worked in creating the QA cycles and preparing Weekly status for FastPath
6.6/6.5.2/6.7/7.0/7.11
 Worked in writing test plans for Turbo QAM, clustering security enhancements, LAG,
secure mode cluster join, packet capture, Open SSL Air IQ, Airtime Fairness, WAVE2
performance, Serviceability, captive portal logo size, RSDB features and etc.
  Worked on running automation using python script in FP 6.6/6.5.2/6.7/7.0/7.11 projects
on all platforms.
 Worked on FP 6.5.1 project as a single resource, the scope of the release is improvement
in 11ac throughput/performance.
 Worked on brand new system test bed with WGB as APUT and did a good job by logging
300% more defects than expected count.
 Worked on WAVE 2 performance which gives more than 1 GB throughput on 5 GHz 80
MHz bandwidth.
 Worked on DFS testing.

PROJECT#2:
Client : Cisco Systems.
Title : Cisco Oakmont x21/5xx platforms, Merion 371, UMR1/UMR2
and UMR3.
Domain : WLAN.
Duration : September-2012 to January 2017.
Role : QA-Tester.
Description:
Cisco Oakmont x21/5xx is a WLAN solution that supports 11a/b/g/n speeds for
Wi-Fi, it supports all base core wireless features that includes WGB/WDS/Single point setup
(Clustering) solution for enterprise applications, whereas Cisco Merion is a extension to
Oakmont that supports 11ac technology for users. UMR is the unified maintenance release for
both Oakmont and Merion projects.

Responsibilities:
 Written test plans for the feature Band steering feature, Led-scheduler and Led-display.
 Worked on 11ac performance testing on Merion.
 Worked on running automation using python script.
 Worked on 6.6 new features testing which are ported on cisco platforms.
 Involved in performance testing.
 Worked on DFS testing
 Worked with Customers in Complex TSR re-creation for Oakmont projects and 11ac pre-
certification failures on Merion.
 Worked in creating QA cycles for Oakmont MR Projects and in writing the test strategy of
Oakmont projects.

Client : HEWLETT-PACKARD.
Title : HP-Yellowknife/Trinity/Lite/Refresh.
Domain : WLAN.
Duration : September-2012 to September 2016.
Role : QA-Tester.
Description:
HP Yellowknife is a wireless client (STA) solution to WLAN that offers 11ac speeds
over WGB (Work Group Bridge) link and acts as WGB to the Ethernet devices connected to its
back-end it includes features like 802.11w, RSSI Logging, Fast Roaming, TCP Serial Bridge. HP
Trinity/Lite/Refresh is a basic WLAN solution that offers all basic core wireless features.

Responsibilities:
 Written test plans for RSSI logging for Yellowknife projects.
 Worked on 11ac performance testing on HP-YK.
 Worked in re-creating the 11ac pre-certification failures locally at BROADCOM.
 Worked in creating the QA-Cycles for HP Lite/Refresh projects.
 Worked on running automation using python script on HP trinity Lite/refresh.
 Worked in preparing the test strategy of HP Lite.

PROJECT#4:
Title : DCP 4.X/3.X
Domain : SoC
Duration : November-2016 to June 2018.
Role : QA-Tester.

Description:
Lynx is a Broadcom chip which resides in DELL laptops and through which
biometric devices, smart cards, NFC etc. will interact to provide secured authentication & data
transfer.
Responsibilities:
 Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely &
meaningful feedback.
 Manual Execution of test cases, bug reporting and verification of reported bugs.
 Learning and ramping up of new features.
 Involved in Sanity, Integration, Stability, Functional, Performance, Inter-Operability and
Regression testing as necessary.
 Written test plan preparation for Wake-on-touch, POA –SSO, CDF, DCHU and UWP
features.
 Follow-up with the Development team in understanding the Features and on the reported
bugs.

PROJECT#5:
Title : FusionSDM660
Domain : Wireless
Duration : August-2018 to Present.
Role : QA-Tester.

Description:
Fusion SDM660 is Zebra project where all zebra devices uses SDM660 QCM
chipsets for their personal computer, touch computer and vehicle computer devices.

Responsibilities:
 Worked on Regulatory, Roamtime, performance, 11w, 11k protocols
  Involved Worryfreewifi app testing on zebra devices.
 Execution and validation of automation test suites.
 Manual Execution of test cases, bug reporting and verification of reported bugs.
 Involved in Sanity, Integration, Stability, Functional, Performance, Inter-Operability and
Regression testing as necessary.

#WHQL Certification for Client Security projects:

 WHQL certification is to certify Broadcom’s Lynx chip.
 Brought up HCK and HLK servers for WHQL Execution.
 Executed WHQL certification for 4.x and 3.x Projects.

#Automation:
 Brought up legacy automation setup and ran the automation for all projects.
 Having knowledge on python automation.
 Automated real client i.e. windows 7 using rpyc module.
 Involved in Automation scripts reviews of the team and helped team in writing scripts.

 Lead a small team of size 3 for couple of projects as co-leader from December 2014.
