On the basis of the findings following suggestions may be drawn :-

As mixed reaction was seen in the results regarding casual leaves the organization
needs to re-plan the casual leaves facilities within the organization

Organization also needs to work on medical facilities been provided within the
organization as low percentage of employee agreed with current medical facilities
of the organization.

Company needs to enhance their bonus policies, company should introduce some
more rewards and recognition polices as the results showed that high percentage
did not agree with the current bonus policy of the organization.

As the findings showed mixed reaction regarding promotion policies of the

organization, so it may also be suggested that promotion polices of the company
also need to be enhances with new features and plans

As the results showed that level of satisfaction regarding career development

among the employees was average, so the organization needs to assure their
employee for better future by introducing some life time career plans.
