The above table shows that respondents perceive that the performance indicators, current ratio , net sales are very important (47%, 45%) and
return on capital , margin % , average inventory (51%, 49%, 46%)are fairly important and customer gross, gross margin , customer sales by
segment (38%,33%,39%) are neutral important and acoounts payable and recievables (38%,39%) are not important to measure and find out
the success of an industry.
