Phoenix Won Third Place for
Football on Sports Day

The Phoenix won third place
against the Titan! The match for the
third place was between the Phoenix
and the Titan on January 30th, 2019 at
MUIDS Football Field. In the end, the
winning team was the Phoenix which
won the Titan 2-0. The competition
was for the teams that had already
been knockout in the competition to be
able to gain their house points and to
come back and play one last match for
their house team. The players of both
teams were playing with their fullest
ability to win this one last match for
their house team. The game was very
intense and interesting.

members. We choose

represents the four
members in our

able to threaten everyone else or even
himself/herself. Even though we have
laws that made many people afraid to
commit a crime, some still does not

minute? I was able to meet one idol and her name is
Orn Patchanan (also known as Orn BNK48). I felt
very happy and amazed when I met her. This event
was one of my favorite special moments in my life.
During the Summer Break, my friend and I
went to the BNK48 2-Shot Fanclub Meeting Event
at Bitec Bangna. He invited me to the event because
he had two tickets. At first, I asked my friend what
was the event about because at that time I didn’t
know anything about BNK48. I felt curious and
excited about this event very much. When we
reached Bitec Bangna, my friend grabbed me to Orn’s
Lane. Every member of BNK48 had her own lane for
their fanclub to meet them. While we was waiting in
the lane, I felt very cold and enthusiastic because this
was the first time that I was going to meet an idol. My
friend was also very delighted to meet his favorite
idol. When it was our turn, I
grabbed my friend in the room
because he was already freezing
because of excitement. When I
walked into the room, I saw her
sitting on a chair and smiling.
She asked us about how we knew
her and BNK48. We were
smiling all the time as we
answered her questions. We were
overjoyed at that time. I felt so
delighted after that event. My
friend and I came back home
with lots of joy and happiness
that day. We went to tell
everybody about the fantastic
memories we had.
After that day, I met her again
once at the handshaking event. I
was very amazed that she was
able to notice me from the fanclub meeting. Although
that time, we could only talk for half a minute, I was
very glad to be able to meet her again.

the things they stole aren’t the things that is so precious. How about kleptomania in children? What are the
problems that most of them may have? In an article called Kleptomania in Children from the

will steal as a symbol for something. For example, some kleptomaniacs steal to shows that they are strong.

decrease of the serotonin in the brain. In order to help the
kleptomaniacs to get out of the disorder, they may need to
go through a talk therapy or medication treatments.

Have you ever experienced depression? Major
depressive syndrome is a mental disorder with at least two
weeks depression. Major depression syndrome is a problem
for many people today.
In an article by American Addiction Center, major
depressive disorder occurs when the person feel sadness,
hopelessness, or anger for a long time. There are many causes
of depression. Well, there are no exact causes of depression.
But factors that are involved in mental disorders may vary
such as biological differences, brain chemistry, hormones,
and also inherited traits. Mayo Clinic states that people who
experienced depression may have physical changes in their
brain. Neutrotransmitter occur in brain naturally and play a
significant role in depression. Changes in the body’s
hormones balance may be the cause that triggers depression.
Those who experience depression a lot may have blood
relatives who experience this condition as well. You are
probably wondering why is syndrome so harsh. American
Addiction Center observed that there are many side effects or
symptoms of depression. Getting out of socializing, constant
sadness and pessimism, or loss of interest in enjoyed hobbies
are some emotional symptoms of depression. But depression
doesn’t only affect the mind, it affects the body as well. Some
of the physical symptoms include erratic sleeping habits,
constant fatigue, muscle aches, back pain, and headaches.
And some medical side effects include dry mouth, fatigue,
dizziness, irritability, and even vision problems. Depression
would likely to cause loss of weight, appetite or other
physical symptoms, in short term cases. But in long term
cases, you can experience malnutrition or obese from your
unnatural eating habits caused by depression. People also
experience short-term memory and some even suicide.
How serious can it be? Depression is likely to affect
people to some degree during their life. Around 9 percent of
the world’s population are currently on some sort of
depression. If a person is depressed, it can make him or her
lose interest in your hobbies or job, or it might limit him or

people have suicide or attempted to if they are left untreated.
The Unexpected Tag Game

Have you ever had an accident before? I definitely had
one while playing a tag game with my brother. Running
through a glass door was a very painful experience.
I was around eight, when I was running around with
my brother in my house. My brother, Win, wanted to play a
little tag game before we go for lunch. My brother was big
and fast, so it’s pretty hard for me to outrun him. But without
hesitation, I ran as fast as I could. The wide glass window in
the living room where we played tag was too transparent that
I couldn’t tell that it was there. And with my carelessness, I
ran through it. I was stunned and didn’t know what to do. So
I stood there and watched as the glass collapsed down on me
and pieces of shattered glass laid all over the floor. My mom
heard the shattering sound, so she quickly came to
investigate. I got a couple of open wounds on my hand, arm,
and leg. At first she tried to stop the bleeding by using her
washed hands. The bleeding did stop, but the wound got
worse. The biggest one was on my arm. So my mom decided
to bring me to the hospital and get the wound stitched,
because the skin around it looked dead. The doctor injected
some anesthetic to reduce pain, but before the anesthetic to
even work, the doctor was in a rush and stitched the wound.
I was crying in pain. The doctor told us that the wound
shouldn’t be moist, meaning there can’t be water around it.
He also gave me some pain relief pills. And I also had to go
to the hospital to get my wound cleaned up every day. Not
only that, sleeping, eating, playing, or taking a bath were very
difficult for me. The wound took almost a month to heal and
I was back to normal, as energetic as I have ever been.
I have had many accidents since I was young. And one
of the most memorable was this unexpected tag game.

Why are horses called,” the most beautiful animal
in the world?” You probably have seen some horses
when you go to the countryside and Europe. One of the
most beautiful breeds is Thoroughbreds. They are
majestic in their own way.
Thoroughbreds are the fastest horse of all. They are
warm-blooded racehorses. They are very strong and have
lots of energy, they always used in every type of
equestrian competition, such as Show Jumping
Competition and Dressage Competition. They are also
used in everyday life, such as hunting. They represent the
spirit and beauty of all horses. They have a unique
characteristic, they have fine sleek hair, powerful
haunches, lean muscle, long neck, strong and deep
shoulder, and short and evenly curved back, clean long
legs and the most unique characteristic of Thoroughbreds
are friendly. The average height of them are 150 cm. to
170 cm. They come in every color, include black, brown,
bay, chestnut, grey and white. They also have white
marks. Some of them might include the markings on its
body, such as stars, blazes, and stockings. Anyway, the
white markings might not appear on the horses’ body.
They are suited for a well-trained rider with good control
of handling, training, and riding. To get along and have a
good connection with the Thoroughbreds horses, you
will need to have confidence, knowledge and lots of
experience in order to ride this high energetic horse. The
most important thing they are very sensitive. They can be
easily surprised, frighten or spooked even when they hear
a little noise, such as equipment falling to the ground or
even when they move their body too fast.

Fell off a horse

Have you ever fallen off a horse before? You might
think that falling off from horseback is not common, but
no it is especially for horse jumper.
This accident happened on 25 January 2018. I had
a jumping competition at the Royal Horse Stable. I
jumped over fourth fences already and cantered to the
fifth fence. When suddenly someone outside the arena
coughed and that made my horse frightened because the
surrounding was very quiet it made the coughed sound
very loud. When I and my horse fell and rolled over the
ground, the medics ran to me and held me out of the
arena. After they helped me out of the arena, I sat in front
of the emergency car and talked with the medics. They
asked me whether I wanted to go to the hospital or not
because I fell off really hard. Both my face and neck even
slid over the ground, but I choose not to go because I still
had the competition coming up on the next day. I sat there
used a cold packed to compressed my knee while the
medics cleaned my wound on my face and neck because
they bled out really hard, I cried out because it was really
painful. My friend, family, and teachers were very
shocked. On the next day, I try my best to ride without
looking like it I got hurt, but after every class of the
competition, I needed to spray the painkiller to cure the
pain. After the competition passed, I won’t be able to
play any sport and do something really quickly due to the
accident that happened.
A month later I was able to play some sports but
had to be careful. This accident was always the reason
why I am scared to join the competition at the Royal
Horse Stable arena.

Coeducation is better than single-
gender education

is better between coeducation and single-gender
education? In my opinion, I think co-education is
better than single-gender education. Because being in
co-education school help you get along in society and
understand more about the opposite gender.
When both males and female’s teenagers are
together, they eventually have different behaviors.

females perspective males are also silly that’s why
sometimes females act silly to them. I think that the
way of expressing themselves have both advantage
and disadvantage such as the separation of males and

The single-gender also have this kind of problems
too. But for coeducation students, they get used to all
the problem so when they grow up they just feel

Have you ever eaten a Japanese well-known sweet
bread treat, a “Dorayaki”? Dorayaki is a type of Japanese
confection. It’s very popular in Japan and some other
countries in Asia.
The original dorayaki is a sweet Azuki red bean paste
pancake which has two small pancakes made from castella or

decide which medicine is better. None of them will know if
they got the real treatment or the placebo.

And they came to see the doctor. Then the doctor gave them

they will become better. After a month, they become better
from cancer.
In conclusion, the placebo effect is not that bad for
you. Sometimes it is even good because you can get well
from your diseases by your mental state and by thinking that
you have got treated already.

way to make it to become tasty by you can added little salt if

with sandwich, salad, french fries or chicken fries or you can
adapt it such as wasabi flavor, you can eat with sushi or

Wrong First Impression

Have you ever had a ‘wrong first impression’ with
someone? First impression is what you think of another
person when you meet them for the first time and then you
judged them. However, I got ‘wrong’ first impression with
someone.
Four years ago when I was 11 years old, I met a new
friend. My first impression to her was that she was so pretty
and perfect. She was smart and she always wear those stylish
brand name clothes. She could sing and dance very well.
Then after two classes, the teacher group us into three people.
So, she and my friend were in my group and she was the head
of singer because of her voice.
At first, everything was very perfect but after I known
her more I got disappointed with her because she did not
listen to any comments. So, my friend told this problem to
our teacher by telling that she was think that she was always
right and she didn’t want to change her own way of thinking.
After that teacher went to talk with her and she didn’t come
to singing course anymore. I felt a bit guilty about that.
In conclusion, everybody can has first impression with
someone, but we should know them as much as we can and
not to be quickly judge them.

Have you ever seen any polluted? Polluted water is
water that is rotten and it is extremely bad for our life and the
biggest problem for environmental. Now we have many
factories that usually waste some chemical into the ocean or
canal that is not environmentally friendly. And might lead to
not only air pollution, but also water pollution too. But now
many waste management company has a solution for this
issue to separate or recycle some waste.
In an article by Conserve Energy Future (2018) Waste
management are incineration, recovery, recycling and
avoidance.
We should improve waste management of factories
because now many countries has a lot of factories.
Also water is becoming polluted it will affect our life
a lot. For a situation factories should be able to separate or
eliminate the waste first before waste it into the ocean or
canal. Water that is used by the factories are having many
chemicals and it is very effect to our life (Phusanisa
Nithitanapoom(n.d.).
In my point of view, I think that we should improve
waste management to decrease waste in ocean or canal that
make pollution to our environment. And when water become
polluted it will made water in that area smell bad and animals
that are surrounding that area can get some of chemical then
they can died. Also water is not only for drinking but also for
our day life purposes such as bathing, cooking and washing
things.
For example, in the past we can used canal to bathing
or both brushing our teeth or for cooking, but we no longer
can because of pollution from many factories. For another
situation to improve waste management is to recycle some
waste that can use in other way that is not harmful to our
environment or that is environmental friendly.
In conclusion, there are many ways to improve waste
management of factory from water pollution but not only for
factories that have to do this improve but every citizen have
to help to improving it to make our environment become
better. Water is one of the most important source that are
needed for living thing. Without water, all organisms in the
world would die. If you make the environment safe, you will
also be safer.

My Inspiration for Singing

Mr. Jay Veerayano is a singing teacher for 21
years and he is teaching in GMM Grammy for 17
years. Now, he is head teacher and vice president of
academics.
I am studying singing with Mr. Jay. He makes
me want to improve myself and makes me interested
in singing. I want to be a singer in the future but
sometimes I feel afraid about it because it’s not easy
to be. Mr. Jay told me that I have to practice hard in
order to be successful. Last month, I asked him that
I want to do youtube and he helped me alot such as
record my voice and record my video. He makes me
know what I love to do. I had interviewed Mr. Jay to
know more about him. He told me that he graduated
world-class singing lessons at the Advanced level,
which requires at least 8 years of continuous learning
from the Institute for Vocal Advancement, U.S.A. He
is 1 in 3 of Advanced Instructors in Asia.

Teachers Conference Every year since 2008 and he
