Sexual Kung Fu

EJACULATION CONTROL GUIDE

Ejaculation is a function of the sympathetic nervous system. The sympathetic system is also activated

when we are stressed, fearful, running on caffeine, in sleep debt, etc. Sound familiar? This is why

many men are quick shooters… we live in an overstimulated excess-yang world.

The parasympathetic nervous system is activated when we are calm, relaxed, at ease. One of the

keys to controlling ejaculation is the ability to stay in the parasympathetic state. This is most easily

accomplished by deep, slow, conscious abdominal breathing. 

Three Simple Techniques for Ejaculation Control

*I strongly recommend practicing these techniques by yourself at first, along with self- stimulation.

When you master them, integrate them into sexual activity with a partner. Like anything, sexual

performance is a skill that requires training. This is the essence of Sexual Kung Fu.

1) The Century Count 


The easiest way to prevent ejaculation is to keep yourself from getting too aroused. Focusing on

your breath is a very simple way to do this. Place a hand on your belly, and take deep, slow breaths

from the abdomen. This greatly calms the nervous system and helps to keep the mind focused within

the body, a very important foundation for more advanced techniques. Start to count each complete

inhale and exhale as “1”. See if you can count all the way to 100 without losing count. If you lose

count, start over. This practice is very effective for increasing focus. If you are short on time, count

from 1 to 10, starting over when you reach 10 for several rounds. 

How does this integrate into sexual act? As you begin sexual stimulation, keep your awareness on

the deep belly breaths. You can even practice the counting along with it. This may seem like an

awkward concept if you are with a partner, but try it! It is extremely effective at keeping your

awareness internal and preventing ejaculation.

2) - Kidney Compression 
Whenever you feel ejaculation is approaching, take a deep breath in, a deep breath out, exhaling all

of your air completely. Then take a deep inhale, and hold the breath. Squeeze both the perineum

(PC Muscle) and the tailbone muscles, and also contract your abdomen and pull the belly towards

the back of the spine. Focus on your kidneys (Located in the lower back) If done correctly you should

feel a slight pressure, or “massage” of the kidneys. You should also feel as though the penis and

testicles are being pulled inward by flexing the pelvic floor. Hold the breath for as long as is

comfortable, and then exhale slowly. Repeat as often as necessary. The more you are able to bring

your attention into the kidneys and lower back, the more effective this technique will be at diverting

the need to ejaculate.

3) - Squeeze the buttocks
For some men,  squeezing the PC muscle alone may increase sensitivity in the penis and make

ejaculation control difficult. In this case, the technique I will share here may be very valuable for you.

As you inhale, breathe deeply into the belly. Hold the breath for several seconds and while holding

gently push the belly downward, pressing down towards the pelvic floor. If done correctly, you should

feel a slight pressure which would feel similar to pushing urine out of your bladder, much like a

reverse Kegel.

As you exhale, flex and squeeze the butt muscles together against the tailbone, but  do not flex the

PC muscle. The PC muscle stays relaxed throughout this technique. Squeezing the butt draws blood

and aroused energy away from the genitals.
