gently push the belly downward, pressing down towards the pelvic floor. If done correctly, you should
feel a slight pressure which would feel similar to pushing urine out of your bladder, much like a
reverse Kegel.
As you exhale, flex and squeeze the butt muscles together against the tailbone, but do not flex the
