Terms and Conditions Governing the use of Autopass Card

1. Non-transferrable of the Autopass Card
The Autopass Card is a Vehicle Entry Card issued under Road Traffic Act to the specific motor vehicle where the registration
number of the motor vehicle has been electronically recorded by authorised officer in electronic form in the Vehicle Entry Card and
is not transferrable to another vehicle. The Vehicle Entry Permit granted to the applicant to bring the motor vehicle into Singapore
is recorded in electronic form on the Vehicle Entry Card for the approved period of usage.

2. Insurance coverage
Please ensure that your vehicle has valid insurance coverage for the entire period of stay in Singapore. You are required to
produce the insurance policy and vehicle registration documents for verification upon request by authorised officer.

3. Maintain sufficient value for fee deduction

You are required to ensure your Autopass Card has sufficient stored value to pay for your VEP fees, Reciprocal road charge, toll
charges and ERP fees (if applicable).

4. Usage or keeping of foreign-registered vehicles in Singapore

Under Road Traffic Act, Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) and residents of Singapore are not allowed to
use or keep foreign-registered vehicles in Singapore.

Any work pass holder, who is neither a SPR nor a resident of Singapore, may drive a foreign-registered vehicle in Singapore only
if ALL of these conditions are met:
a) he is the registered owner of the vehicle;
b) he resides outside Singapore;
c) the vehicle is kept or used outside Singapore for a total period of 6 hours or more every day;
d) he has a valid insurance certificate for the use of the vehicle on Singapore roads; and
e) the vehicle has an Autopass Card to validate its entry and exit at Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints and for payment of Vehicle
Entry Permit/Toll charges.

5. Refund
Refund of Autopass Card is to be submitted with:
a) Autopass Card;
b) Photocopy of passport/NRIC of the refundee;
c) Address and contact details of refundee; and
d) Duly completed “Autopass Card Refund Form”.

Only the Stored Value of the Autopass Card can be refunded, subject to the Card Holder’s liability to LTA and compliance of NETS’
Terms and Conditions. Terms and conditions are posted at http://www.nets.com.sg.

6. Replacement of the Autopass Card

LTA shall not be liable to replace the Autopass Card after the first successful use of the Card for transaction or payment made on
the Card.

7. Verification of particulars
LTA reserves the right to verify the particulars and/or documents of the Autopass Card applicant and/or the driver of the vehicle.

8. Loss of Autopass Card

If you lose your Autopass Card, you must make a police report in the country you have lost the card and report the loss to LTA as
soon as possible. The lost card will be invalidated after you have provided the police report to LTA and cannot be used for travelling
in and out of Singapore or make payment for vehicle entry fee, toll or road user charge for that vehicle, even if the card is
subsequently found.

You remain liable to LTA for any outstanding payment in relation to the Vehicle Entry Permit prior to your report of the loss of the
Autopass Card to LTA.

9. Revocation of Autopass Card

The Autopass Card Holder shall risk its Vehicle Entry Permit being revoked in the event that there is any breach in the use of the
Autopass Card or breach of any conditions under which the Vehicle Entry Permit was granted.

10. Additional terms and conditions

LTA reserves the right to revise or add to any Conditions governing the use of the Autopass Card at any time or use by publication
thereof at its Website or any appropriate premises as may be determined by LTA. The Card Holder's continued use of the Autopass
Card after the date of publication shall be deemed to be the Card Holder's acceptance of LTA's revised Conditions.

NETS, the Approved Holder, together with DBS Bank Ltd, OCBC Bank and United Overseas Bank Ltd, the Approved Banks, are
jointly and severally liable for the Stored Value in the Autopass Card. Terms and conditions are posted at http://www.nets.com.sg.

11. Effective Date

These Conditions of Use are effective as of (May 2018). These Terms of Use may be changed from time to time.

Terma dan Syarat Mengawal penggunaan Kad Autopass

1. Kad Autopass tidak boleh dipindahmilik
Kad Autopass adalah Kad Masuk Kenderaan yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta Lalu Lintas Jalan Raya kepada kenderaan motor
tertentu di mana nombor pendaftaran kenderaan bermotor telah secara elektronik direkodkan oleh pegawai berkuasa dalam
bentuk elektronik di dalam Kad Masuk Kenderaan dan tidak boleh dipindahkan ke kenderaan lain. Permit Masuk Kenderaan yang
diberikan kepada pemohon untuk membawa kenderaan bermotor ke Singapura direkodkan dalam bentuk elektronik pada Kad
Masuk Kenderaan untuk tempoh penggunaan yang diluluskan.

2. Perlindungan insurans
Sila pastikan bahawa kenderaan anda mempunyai perlindungan insurans yang sah bagi keseluruhan tempoh penginapan di
Singapura. Anda dikehendaki mengemukakan polisi insurans dan dokumen pendaftaran kenderaan untuk pengesahan atas
permintaan pegawai berkuasa.

3. Pastikan nilai yang mencukupi untuk potongan bayaran

Anda dikehendaki memastikan Kad Autopass anda mempunyai nilai baki yang mencukupi untuk membayar bayaran VEP anda,
Bayaran Jalan Raya Timbal Balik, bayaran tol dan bayaran ERP (jika berkenaan).

4. Penggunaan atau penyimpanan kenderaan berdaftar asing di Singapura

Di bawah Akta Lalu Lintas Jalan Raya, warga Singapura, Penduduk Tetap Singapura (SPR) dan penduduk Singapura tidak
dibenarkan menggunakan atau menyimpan kenderaan berdaftar asing di Singapura.

Mana-mana pemegang pas kerja, yang bukan SPR atau pemastautin Singapura, boleh memandu kenderaan berdaftar asing di
Singapura hanya jika SEMUA syarat-syarat ini dipenuhi:
a) beliau adalah pemilik berdaftar kenderaan itu;
b) beliau tinggal di luar Singapura;
c) kenderaan itu disimpan atau digunakan di luar Singapura untuk tempoh selama 6 jam atau lebih setiap hari;
d) beliau mempunyai sijil insurans yang sah untuk penggunaan kenderaan di jalan Singapura; dan
e) kenderaan itu mempunyai Kad Autopass yang mengesahkan kemasukan dan keluarnya di pusat pemeriksaan Woodlands
dan Tuas dan untuk bayaran Permit Masuk Kenderaan / Tol.

5. Bayaran balik
Bayaran balik Kad Autopass hendaklah disertakan dengan:
a) Kad Autopass;
b) Salinan pasport / Kad Pengenalan pengguna;
c) Alamat dan butiran perhubungan pengguna; dan
d) "Borang Pembayaran balik Kad Autopass" yang dilengkapkan

Hanya Nilai yang Disimpan dalam Kad Autopass boleh dikembalikan, tertakluk kepada liabiliti Pemegang Kad kepada LTA dan
pematuhan Terma dan Syarat NETS. Terma dan syarat dipaparkan di http://www.nets.com.sg.

6. Penggantian Kad Autopass

LTA tidak akan bertanggungjawab menggantikan Kad Autopass selepas kegunaan pertama Kad bagi urus niaga atau bayaran
yang dibuat pada Kad.

7. Pengesahan butir-butir
LTA berhak mengesahkan butir-butir dan / atau dokumen pemohon Kad Autopass dan / atau pemandu kenderaan.

8. Kehilangan Kad Autopass

Jika anda kehilangan Kad Autopass anda, anda mesti membuat laporan polis di negara anda berhubung kehilangan kad dan
melaporkan kehilangan itu kepada LTA secepat mungkin. Kad yang hilang akan diluputkan selepas anda menyerahkan laporan
polis kepada LTA dan tidak boleh digunakan untuk perjalanan masuk dan keluar dari Singapura atau membuat bayaran masuk
kenderaan, bayaran tol atau bayaran pengguna jalan raya untuk kenderaan itu, walaupun kad itu kemudian ditemui semula.

Anda tetap bertanggungjawab kepada LTA bagi sebarang pembayaran tertunggak berhubung dengan Permit Masuk Kenderaan
sebelum anda melaporkan kehilangan Kad Autopass kepada LTA.

9. Pembatalan Kad Autopass

Pemegang Kad Autopass hendaklah bersedia menerima pembatalan Permit Masuk Kenderaannya jika berlaku sebarang
pelanggaran dalam penggunaan Kad Autopass atau pelanggaran mana-mana syarat di mana Permit Masuk Kenderaan telah
diberikan.

10. Terma dan syarat tambahan

LTA berhak menyemak atau menambah mana-mana Syarat yang mengawal penggunaan Kad Autopass pada bila-bila masa atau
menggunakan penerbitannya di Laman Web atau mana-mana wadah yang sesuai seperti yang ditentukan oleh LTA. Penggunaan
Kad Autopass berterusan oleh Pemegang Kad selepas tarikh penerbitan dianggap sebagai penerimaan Pemegang Kad terhadap
Syarat yang telah diubah oleh LTA.

NETS, Pemegang yang Diluluskan bersama-sama dengan DBS Bank Ltd, OCBC Bank dan United Overseas Bank Ltd, Bank yang
Diluluskan, bertanggungjawab secara bersama dan secara berasingan untuk Nilai yang Disimpan dalam Kad Autopass. Terma

11. Tarikh Kuat Kuasa

Syarat Penggunaan ini berkuat kuasa pada (Mei 2018). Syarat Penggunaan ini boleh diubah dari masa ke masa.
