Skill Sets & Responsibilities Undertaken:

Being Business developer, Service and seals engineer, associated with the testing and assembly,
calibration, service in V-Smart Thermotech Pvt.Ltd industry, for the past 2.6+ year ,my responsibilities
and skills are as follows:

Ÿ Assembly & testing: Involved in testing of PCB board use in assembly of portable immersion
pyrometer, its fault finding if it is there, assembly of portable immersion pyrometer ,carbon
silicon analyser instrument., if instrument is interface with computer then software testing of that
instrument, repairing of instrument, completing the target of instrument for order fulfilment
 which is required for completing production task.

Ÿ Calibration: In temperature measuring of molten metal pyrometer device is used , and for that
calibration is required before it is used in furnace for indicating temperature . so my task is doing
the proper calibration of this instrument before it dispatch, also ‘carbon silicon analyser is a
microprocessor based instrument for quick thermal analysis of the iron melt before it is poured;
this makes it possible to correct the melt for optimization & ensures higher quality when pouring.
So the calibration of this instrument also involved in my work.

Ÿ Service: In temperature measuring of molten metal pyrometer device installation and service
provide. All temperature indicator and custom product installation and service provide

Ÿ Sales: In temperature measuring of molten metal pyrometer device sales and customs product
sales, provided better solution. All type indicator and temperature thermocouple sales in north
region. Also sales Molten metal part checking industrial X-RAY machine , Temperature
profiling system , Thermo Scientific spectrometer ,Optris Non-contact Temperature measurement
device,FMA Hydrogen Analyser, Romidot Ltd. Profile Inspection &measuring System. Oxford
instrument X-MET handheld metals XRF analyzer for metals machine .
