Tort raw de nuca si ciocolata / Raw walnut chocolate cake


Guest post: am reteta acestui tort divin cu nuca si ciocolata
de la sora mea draga si vreau sa va spun ca este in topul
deserturilor cu care merg la sigur :)
Este incredibil de bun si concureaza la gust cu tortul Joffre,
insa va dati seama ca tortul nostru este incontestabil mai
sanatos ;-) Trebuie taiat feliute subtiiiri, in nici un caz ca la
torturile traditionale, pentru ca este foarte foarte consistent si
va garantez ca nu veti putea manca mult ;-)
Pentru un tort mai mare dublati pur si simplu cantitatile (in
poza vedeti varianta L :)
Anyway, neaparat sa incercati aceasta reteta!

Ingrediente (6 portii)

1 cana* mare de nuci macinate (sau nuci intregi


rehidratate) 250g
5 lg cacao neagra
5 lg miere
5 lg ulei de cocos
1 lgt scortisoara pudra
semintele de la o pastaie de vanilie
1 praf de sare de Himalaya
fulgi de cocos, fructe uscate pentru decor

*folosesc o cana mare de 300ml

Mixam toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie. Punem compozitia rezultata intr-o forma rotunda mica sau intr-
un castron si introducem la congelator pentru 1 ora. Inainte de servire o scoatem din forma si decoram cu fulgi de
cocos si fructe uscate. Se pastreaza la congelator.

Guest post: I have this divine walnut chocolate cake recipe from my dear sister and it is no.1 on my
dessert list :) It’s incredibly tasty, very similar to Joffre cake, but you do realize ours is a whole lot healthier ;-) It
must be cut into very thin slices because it is very filling and I guarantee you won’t be able to overeat it :-) For a
larger cake simply double the quantities (the photo shows an L size cake :) Anyway, you’ve definitely got to try
this recipe!

Ingredients (6 servings)

1 large cup* of ground (or re hydrated) walnuts – 250g


5 tbsp dark cocoa
5 tbsp honey
5 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder
seeds from 1 vanilla bean
1 pinch of Himalayan salt
coconut flakes, dried fruits for decorating

*I use a large 300 ml cup

Process all the ingredients in the food processor. Add a little water if necessary. Put the mixture in a small round
mold or in a bowl and place it in the freezer for 1 hour. Before serving take the cake out of the mold and decorate
it with coconut flakes and fruit. Store in the freezer.
