Dear Myrian,

We are pleased to advise you that we are now ready to introduce a more efficient solution for paying
bonuses and commissions. We know how long you have waited for this and appreciate your patience
as we shared the challenges with the BPI BET Payroll Arrangement system. The following will outline
the process moving forward;

AS AN EARNER YOU ARE ENTITLED TO BE ENROLLED NOW.

Take this letter to your nearest BPI branch and tell them you are eligible to register in the Max
“payroll” system.
The branch will confirm your eligibility to register with our local branch (Ayala East, Branch number
173 Company Code 01104) and will open with you an interest bearing savings account with NO
MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENTS.

The branch will issue you an ATM card. Please forward the account number (listed on the reverse
side of the card) to my attention within this week. We will enter the appropriate details in the system
and ensure the bonus payments will flow to your account With NO BANK TRANSFER FEES TO YOU.

If, for whatever reason, no payroll credits are made to your payroll account for a period of six (6)
consecutive calendar months, BPI shall have the absolute right and are hereby authorized, at their
option and without need to further notice to, demand or consultation with Max International or with
you, to automatically revert your payroll account status to that of a regular deposit account which will
be subjected to a maintaining balance of Php3, 000.

FIRST TIME EARNERS in your down line will be added to the system in a slightly different manner. You
will have to coach them to watch their virtual office details and as soon as they see that a
bonus/commission payment is due, to contact our office for direction. We will be able to confirm their
eligibility for being added to the BPI system, we will confirm them to our BPI branch and the Associate
will then receive a letter such as this, welcoming them to the process with instruction on how to
register, etc.

We know this process has been a long time coming but are confident it will be a positive step
forward, reducing the payment issues you have had to deal with and allow you to concentrate on
