Checklist for noting the name of new buyer

Notarized photocopies (To be verified from original). Kindly arrange to


Submit all the papers as given below for us to proceed with mutation formalities.

1. Notarized photocopies (To be verified from original)

A. DLF Sale Deed


B. Subsequent Sale Deed
C. General Power of Attorney (if any) and confirmation stating the GPA is
still valid and has not been revoked.

2. Bank attested signatures of Buyer & Seller

3. Proof of identification of Buyer & Seller in the form of:


- PAN Card and a copy of Passport/Election Card/Aadhar Card/Ration Card

4. Affidavit (original) attested by Executive Magistrate confirming the sale of


Apartment / Plot, as per format.

5. Indemnity Bond (original) to be attested by First Class Magistrate.

6. Mutation Charges Rs.23600/- per mutation Draft has to be made in favour


of ‘DLF HOME DEVELOPERS LIMITED’.

7. NOC is required to be obtained for clearance up to date of maintenance

8. In case of BANK LOAN please provide the bank letter (LOD) confirming that
the original documents are lying with Bank.
