 From the results it is found that majority of the employees are female.

 From the results it is found that majority of the employees are aware of the employee

after they join the organization.

develop their career in the organization.

 From the results it is found that the employees are given promotion based on their

experience and skills.

 From the results it is found that the employees are not getting chance for senior post if

someone leaves the organization.

 From the results it is found that the majority of the employees belong to exploration

stage.

 From the results it is found that the career counseling is necessary in the organization.

 From the results it is found that there is increase in the employees’ learning curves.
