(If a Customer ID is added in addition to the existing Customer ID, the Customer agrees that the same set of Terms and
Conditions as applicable to the existing Customer ID shall become applicable to the additional Customer ID too)

The Cash Management Services covered under this Terms and Conditions are: Priority Payment (RTGS/NEFT), Bulk Payments
(ACH Credit and Autopay), E-Payment of Statutory Taxes, E-Payment of State Government Taxes with Login ID/Password
Requirement, Utility Bill Payments, Collection Services (Cheque Collection and Document Collection), Unified Payments Interface
(Payments and Receivables), Immediate Payment Service (Payments and Receivables).

Please note that the pick-up timing schedule and pick-up address along with contact details will be pre-agreed with the Bank
before the start of the Arrangement. If the Customer representative is not available during the pick-up timings when the courier
visits for a pick-up, then the courier is not obliged to wait for longer than 10 minutes.

By signing below, the Customer acknowledges having received a copy of the ‘Terms and Conditions for Cash Management
Services’. Having read and understood the Terms and Conditions, Customer hereby agrees to be bound by such Terms and
Conditions at all times. A copy of Terms and Conditions for Cash Management Services or any modifications thereof from time to
time shall be notified at www.hsbc.co.in unless mutually agreed between the Customer and the Bank in writing.
