Dear Sean,

Thank you for booking your trip at FareBoom!

We are pleased to deliver your eTicket passenger receipt. Individual electronic ticket
numbers are included in the below itinerary within the passenger section. Use the below
airline record locator numbers when communicating about your reservation directly with the
airline.

IMPORTANT CREDIT CARD CHARGE NOTICE

You may notice two separate charges on your credit card for this reservation or a
rebate credit when applicable. Such transactions are typically shown under the name of
your ticketing airline and separately under FareBoom.

Please note that if you added Travel Insurance to your flight a separate charge will appear
on your account.

All charges and credits combined match precisely the total reservation purchase
price you authorized with your online purchase. Split charges are sometimes required
due to airline requirements where we must collect specific amounts separately. Please note
that it may take up to four business days for the rebate credit to show on your billing
statement (when rebate applies).

All credit card charges are essential for your purchased ticket(s) to remain valid. Please
contact us immediately at CustService@fareboom.com if you have any questions about the
charges.

DELAYED CREDIT CARD CHARGES

You might notice that a charge authorization was obtained on your credit card at the time of
ticketing, but the amount has not yet been debited from your account. This is sometimes
caused by airline credit card charge delays that could last as long as several weeks after
your tickets are issued. You are required to have adequate funds available on your card in
order to cover the cost of your purchase. Please talk to your bank’s customer service if you
wish to inquire about the pending status of the airline ticket charge.

CHARGEBACK NOTICE Disputing a credit card charge in order to avoid paying airfare,
agency service fee, cancellation or change fees, or any other item you explicitly reviewed
and purchased is a violation of the airline ticket agreement and general rules that are
incorporated into this purchase (“Agreement”). You agree to pay a $100 chargeback
processing fee if you file a chargeback in violation of the Agreement. This fee is required to
cover the administrative cost of chargeback resolution through our merchant bank.

Note that you will be billed for services disclosed at the time of purchase only. All applicable
costs are displayed in conjunction with your flight itinerary and are also present on the
itinerary’s invoice.

Please contact us immediately by phone or email if you are unsure about any charges on
your credit card. It is our duty to ensure that all charges match the total amount you
authorized with your purchase. Use the contact information at the bottom of this email.

CHECKING-IN FOR YOUR FLIGHT

Please print this email and present it at airport check-in if required. You must present at
check-in a valid government issued photo ID or passport (for international travel) and all
visas required for your trip (if applicable).

Please arrive at the airport check-in at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure (for
international flights). We suggest you reconfirm all flights 72 hours prior to departure directly
with the airline or simply check-in online at the applicable airline’s website.

You must verify the latest flight schedule no later than one day before departure, as flight
times may change significantly without prior notice. You are solely responsible for checking-
in on time, regardless of schedule changes, if any.

IF TRAVEL PLANS CHANGE

Once your reservation is ticketed and there is a change in your travel plans you must notify
us of such a change prior to your departure within our business hours. If you need to cancel
your reservation, and this is after our business hours, please contact the airline directly or
use our online Order cancellation option (accessible via My Trips hyperlink). Failure to
cancel a ticketed reservation prior to your departure will result in an automatic NO-SHOW,
which means that your ticket has been forfeited, and it has no remaining value.

If you need to change your reservation after our business hours you must contact the airline
directly and cancel the reservation to avoid a no-show. The airline may not change your
reservation but cancellation before departure is absolutely critical in order to preserve the
residual value of your ticket. Please send us an email to CustService@fareboom.com after

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0?ik=182ffdcd47&view=pt&search=all&permmsgid=msg-f%3A1622392436251222060&simpl=msg-f%3A162239243625… 4/8

cancelling the reservation and state the requested itinerary change. We will process the
change when we open for business.

SEAT ASSIGNMENT GUARANTEE INFORMATION Seat reservations you submit online

are not guaranteed due to possible airline restrictions that might reject specific seat
requests. We do not know these restrictions in advance and a specific seat assignment can
only be verified and confirmed after it is submitted to the airline for processing, once your
reservation is paid for and transmitted to the airline.

In case your specific seat assignment is not confirmed by an airline you will still get a seat
onboard the booked flight – it just might not be the specific seat you asked for. In such case
we suggest you arrive early for flight check-in when there are still plenty of unassigned
seats you can request directly from the airline staff.

Please note that we are working on improving the seat reservation and notification
technology that will allow you to view in real-time which seats were actually confirmed or
rejected by the airline. You will also have an option of modifying your seat assignment after
your reservation is completed, allowing you to pick another seat when the first choice is
rejected.

VERIFY YOUR FLIGHT TIMES

Airlines may change flight schedules without prior notice, particularly during the high season
when flights are overbooked, or when strikes or natural disasters cause delays on a larger
scale. You should ALWAYS VERIFY YOUR DEPARTURE DATE AND TIME WITH THE
AIRLINE 72 hrs before departure. If you are unable to reach the airline by phone you should
at least obtain the latest flight information directly from the airline's official web site. Please
note that FareBoom, Inc. only provides you with the tickets, and it is YOUR SOLE
RESPONSIBILITY to verify and fulfill all travel requirements.

TRAVEL VISAS & PASSPORTS

Please ensure that you have all documents (visas and valid passport) and air tickets
necessary for ENTRY into and/or TRANSIT through each country. Changing planes in a
country (transiting) might require you to obtain a transit visa (e.g., for some citizens of the
African continent countries flying through Europe or for Americans traveling to Belarus
through Moscow). It is your sole responsibility to obtain all required documents. Please
logon to VISA FORM to verify visa requirements or contact the applicable consulate.

IMPORTANT: Your passport must be valid at least six (6) months beyond the date of
intended departure from the country of destination. Failure to meet this regulation will result
in a denial of boarding.

ONE WAY AIRLINE TICKET VISA NOTICE

Most countries do not permit entry to non citizens who hold one way airline tickets because
they are unable to demonstrate when they will leave the country. Typically a visa is required
for entry with a one way ticket.

CHECKED BAGGAGE FEES

Please observe the maximum allowed free checked baggage that is displayed with each
flight in your purchased flight itinerary. You will be charged a fee at airport check-in for any
additional baggage.

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0?ik=182ffdcd47&view=pt&search=all&permmsgid=msg-f%3A1622392436251222060&simpl=msg-f%3A162239243625… 5/8
6/7/2019 Gmail - FareBoom Electronic Ticket Delivery - Order Number O-2B764793

It has come to our attention that some airlines attempt to overcharge travelers for the
second checked bag when their trip with qualifying destination includes a change of planes
within a special fee area (e.g., Europe, USA). When two free pieces of baggage are
displayed in your itinerary the purchased fare typically applies to the itinerary’s final
destination that is not subject to the second checked bag fee. We suggest you familiarize
yourself with the airlines’ checked bag policy before you start packing for your trip.

TICKETHOLDER’S RIGHTS
As an airline ticket holder you are protected by several laws and conventions that govern
international and domestic travel. For your convenience we compiled a list of the most
critical airline passenger rights. This is not a complete list and we suggest that you
familiarize yourself with other rights and responsibilities you may have, using other sources.

OVERBOOKING AND INVOLUNTARY BUMPING ON U.S. AIRLINES

U.S. airlines are allowed to overbook flights to allow for "no-show" passengers. However, if
passengers are involuntarily bumped, airlines are required to do ask for volunteers to give
up their seats in exchange for compensation. Most involuntarily bumped passengers are
subject to the following minimum compensation schedule:

There is no compensation if alternative transportation gets the passenger to the destination

within one hour of the original scheduled arrival.
The equivalent of the passenger's one way fare up to the maximum of US$200 for
substitute domestic flights that arrive between one and two hours after the original
scheduled arrival time or for substitute international flights that arrive between one and four
hours after the original scheduled arrival time.
If the substitute transportation is scheduled to get the passenger to the original destination
more than two hours later (four hours internationally), or if the airline does not make any
substitute travel arrangements for the passenger, the maximum compensation doubles to
US$400.
There are exceptions to these rules. This minimum compensation schedule does not apply
to charter flights, to scheduled flights operated with planes that hold 60 or fewer
passengers, or to international flights inbound to the United States. If you cannot be
accommodated to your satisfaction, you may be eligible to request a refund for the
remaining part of the trip, even if the trip were on an otherwise nonrefundable ticket.

DELAYS ON INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS (or domestic portion of an international itinerary)

Two international treaties govern delays of international rights:

Warsaw Convention,
Montreal Convention.

Both conventions in Article 19 use the same language that applies to delays:

“The carrier is liable for damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air of passengers,
baggage or cargo.”

The conventions do not state specific compensation amounts for each type of delay. The
Montreal Convention specifies a compensation cap in the delay of passengers that is not to
exceed 4,150 special drawing units (approximately US$6,100). However, the maximum
delay compensation could reasonably be expected only under very rare circumstances.

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0?ik=182ffdcd47&view=pt&search=all&permmsgid=msg-f%3A1622392436251222060&simpl=msg-f%3A162239243625… 6/8
6/7/2019 Gmail - FareBoom Electronic Ticket Delivery - Order Number O-2B764793

Should you experience some of the more common delays, here is what you could
reasonably expect from the airline:

Delays of up to 4 hrs: request meal and drink vouchers.

Overnight delays: request hotel and transportation vouchers.
Baggage delivery delays: check with each airline’s regulations. The Montreal
convention limits totally liability to 1,000 special drawing units (approximately
US$1,450).

Other: You have the right to request from the airline that they board you on any other
available flight when severe delays are expected for the originally booked itinerary. If
other available flights, operated by other airlines, exist and the ticketing airline fails to
provide you an alternative you may be entitled to compensation per Article 19 of the
Montreal and Warsaw conventions.

DENIAL OF BOARDING DUE TO LATE ARRIVAL AT CHECK-IN

We suggest that you arrive at check-in at least three hours before departure for international
flights and two hours before departure for domestic flights. Failure to check-in for a flight
within the specified time frame may result in automatic seat cancellation by an airline or in
denial of boarding, with the ticket losing all its value.

Please review each applicable airline’s rules in order to verify the policy that governs your
specific check-in procedures.

The airline may deny you boarding even if you arrive in time for check-in by claiming that
you were late, particularly when the flight is overbooked. Please see the ”Overbooking”
section that explains your rights under such circumstances.
