Thank you for the opportunity to submit this HSE System Voluntary audit proposal for both, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and New
NOSA CMB 253N System Protocol. On behalf of VNP SHEQ Consulting and our SHEQ volunteering graduates, we would
like to propose a Free (at no cost) SHEQ System Audit for the Department. The audit program is aimed at two key aspects;

➢ Graduates development
➢ Department’s HSE System improvements
➢ HSE Implementation advise

All audits performed by VNP SHEQ Consulting are performed in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and
Environmental auditing standards. We have assembled a team of graduates and experts to assist and working together to
formally audit the workplace environment, using international standards.

The audit program will cover the following;

Aligning your health and safety management system to ISO 45001 and 14001 international standards will provide many
benefits including:

➢ Improved performance monitoring and accident reporting.

➢ Better control of HSE risks.
➢ Improved levels of compliance to applicable environmental health and safety legislation.
➢ Improved reputation and stakeholder satisfaction.

Areas to be assessed:

➢ Planning for hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control.

➢ HSE management programme.
➢ Structure and responsibility.
➢ Training, awareness and competence.
➢ Consultation and communication.
➢ Operational control.
➢ Emergency preparedness and response- Management involvement/review.
➢ Performance measuring, monitoring and improvement.
