Pros

 The watch is elegant and stands out. You can hardly find anything like this. Personally I
have never seen anything like it.
 It is more of a collectors’s item which means with time its value might appreciate.
 It comes with two winding keys, to take care of lost keys or misplaces keys. Very
thoughtful on the part of the designer.
 At about $50 that’s a great bargain.

Cons
  Unfortunately it is not water resistant. In this era all watches should be water resistant and
that should be a basic requirement.

 Three batteries can be costly to replace and replacing one battery can be tricky as weaker
batteries tend to drain new batteries.
 A bit too bulky for some.

Conclusion

Personally I think the design of this watch and uniqueness has more value than the $50 price tag.
It’s also a great social item or in other words it is a conversation starter. Despite its being bulky
and not water resistant I won’t hesitate going for it given its uniqueness. And the discounted
