Precautionary Measures and House Rules
Pursuant to CHED Memorandum Order No. 17, the school takes the following
precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the students during the educational tour, to
wit:
1. A school nurse will accompany the group during the whole duration of the tour.

2. A teacher-chaperone will take charge of the students during the tour.

3. A head-count shall be done before and after each activity.

4. The students are not permitted to go out from the hotel at night. If a student
escapes or runs off he/she will be suspended for fifteen (15) school days.

5. A leader will be assigned to check and report all students’ concerns to the teacher-
chaperone.

6. A teacher-chaperone will check whether the students are in their designated rooms
a few hours after dinner.

7. The hotel rooftop and the upper ship deck are off – limits to students and teachers.

8. Night swimming is strictly not allowed.

9. No student is allowed to skip the scheduled tour trips.

10. Drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking and using prohibited drugs are strictly not
allowed for the whole duration of the tour. If caught, he/she will be subjected to
disciplinary actions provided in the student handbook.

11. If a student wishes to remain in Cebu City after the tour, parents should personally
see the Dean before the tour and submit a letter of request.

12. Brawling, fighting or other actions that may inflict physical and moral injuries are
strictly prohibited.
 HOUSE RULES FOR EDUCATIONAL TOUR
1. Always wear your school ID during company visit.
2. Always wear decent attire: no short pants, mini-skirts, spaghetti-strap, see-through,
slippers.
3. Always stay with the group.
4. No brawling, shouting and running along the hotel corridors. Be considerate to others.
5. Prepare your toiletries, snacks, water, and medicine before departure since nobody will
be allowed to buy these items en route to avoid delay.
6. Do not bring sharp or deadly items.
7. Always take down notes for your required output.
8. Pay attention to tour guide instruction.
9. Be responsible of your own belongings. We will not be held liable for lost items.
10. Observe sleeping hours to sustain your energy for the day.
