Interview Questions

1. Tell me about yourself/ Walk me through your resume.

-I believe that I have a very solid background in Human Resource Management.


I earned my degree Bs Psychology at University of San Carlos where I learned
valuable knowledge and skills about HR and its facets that includes recruitment,
compensation and benefits, performance and safety, wellness, motivation and
training. I was able to learn also guidance and counselling and its services.

And later on I had my academic OJT at UC LM in Guidance and Counselling office


where I get to to apply my skills in handling counselling to students, I also
administer psychological test such IQ and EQ test, make psychometric reports
and creating and conducting seminars and behavioural training to students.

Then I had my BPO industry training at Author Solution’s Phil. Incorporation a


book publishing company where I work as sourcing staff in their recruitment hub,
Where I contribute and generate pool of applicant’s resume from different
sourcing channel, I also maintain accuracy of applicant’s information on the
database, then conducting initial interview to online applicants through phone
screening as initial assessment on basic qualification then if they passed I
schedule them to an onsite interview. And also I accurately source jobs to all
talent sourcing platforms such as jobstreet, mynimo, linked in, facebook and
many more.

While earning my degree I also work as a part time ESL teacher at GGPEI as well,
where I enhanced my communication and rapport building skills w/c enables me
to relate and efficiently communicate with students and their needs.

2. What are your strength


- My strengths include being an internet savvy, Im keen to details, effective in
multitasking, Im organize, able to write clear and comprehensive documents, I
can work in diverse team and communicate well with others, Im honest, I
accept challenges and open minded. I believe those are my strengths.

- My weakness being too detail oriented. I try to accomplish everything and I
want everything to be perfect, then I realize Im losing out on time(time
management)- be aware of time and manage it well.
3. What do you know about our company?

4. 5 years from now


-5 years from now I think I would like to be in management position. Till then I would
like to gain practical experience and eventually become a manager. And I would like
to share and also learn a lot of things in this company.
5. how to handle change
-I can handle change
I had this experience during OJt in a BPO company where our Hr manager had to quit
and a new one came and had to change all the strategies implemented. I am flexible
and hard working too,so we managed it with my co interns with our efforts and we
were able to adjust and the results were pretty good.
6. Under pressure
-Working under pressure or without pressure works just same for me.

We were given a lot of works and deadlines to comply ASAP, what we did is we
prioritize our work in a very organized manner, we help each other to manage
and accomplish the task. So I guessed working under pressure is not too bad for
me.

7. Why should we hire you


- Im really interested to be a part of this company and although I lack of
experience but I believe I am just as competent as the other applicants. Im
willing to learn and be trained. And in return to be one of your greatest
assets. I assure to give you my skills and knowledge in achieving the
company’s goal. And I think that’s one of the few reasons why you should hire
me.
