Subject: Haryana Khadi Village Industries Board: Gross Negligence in supervision.
Greetings,
It is humbly intimated that as per record of published Punjab KVIB Act, 1955 in October
1983, December 1987, in 1995 (Copies of all 3 Acts attached as ready references): As per
section 2 (a) of the Haryana Notification No. 695-l.llBll-76/40328 dated November 26, 1976,
which was issued exercising powers conferred by section 35 of the Punjab Khadi and
Village Industries Board that: Board means the Haryana Khadi and Village Industries
Board. Whereas the Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Definitions: Section 2 - In
this Act unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context: (i) Board means the
Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board constituted under section 3. (v) Government
means the Government of the State of Punjab. Section 3 (i): For carrying out the purpose
of this Act, the Government shall, as soon as possible, after the commencement of this Act,
by a notification in the official gazette, establish a Board to be called the Punjab Khadi and
Village Industries Board, hence how above said Punjab Act applicable in Haryana?
There are many more basic fundamentals to describe but for example DKVIO, Faridabad
hold accountable for gross negligence in supervision over subordinates who were duty
bound, breaching trust of DKVIO, under protest appeal before Chairman of the Board
moved in 2006 but decided in 2018 with remarks that a matter of embezzlement, keep
respect the orders of Chairperson, a proper complaint bearing No. GOVHY 00943 of 2018
was moved with Faridabad Police, requesting Chairperson to review her decision, this
request also turn down, crossing the limit of Intolerance, hence May I ask is there any rule
of law, how can I prove my innocence?, even offer to face all scientific test as lie detector,
brain mapping and poly graph to bring out truth. Whereas KVIC also forwarded my
representation related to Board Act, which is also attached here with as ready reference,
Kindly call Chairperson of the Board, who is a worker of BJP, with all record concerned,
to face above situation as Chowkidar, keeping in view the path shown by father on Nation
during 150th birth anniversaries.
