Dear Sir,

Submitting herewith the Quotation for the proposed Design and Supervision of 150m3/day Central
Domestic Waste Water Treatment System for the Orchard Drive Project of Piccadilly Premier Land
Incorporated, amounting to Three Million Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand (₱3,770,000.00) Pesos, VAT
Inclusive. Price include the following Scopes;

A. SCOPE OF WORKS

• Waste Water Treatment System Design & Supervision Only

• Provision of Equipment such as Manual Screening, Air Blowers, Air Diffusers, Water
Pumps, Sludge Pumps, Liquid & Sludge Separator, gear motors and Electrical Controls
• Electro-Mechanical Installation and works for the system

Note: The following Scopes are not Included such as, Labor & Material for the construction of
water holding tanks & other works, primary chemical mixing tanks, secondary mixing tank,
main distribution power line supply will be provided by the proponent

B. GUARANTEE

• The Whole Design System Output are guarantee to passed the given Parameter Standard
of the DENR, continuous after sales support will be provided within 6 months period for
the equipment

C. NO. OF WORKING DAYS

• Maximum 90 working days upon the installation of Electro-Mechanical Works and other
works for the Design and Supervision of the treatment System.

D. TERMS & CONDITION

• Terms will be 50% down payment and 50% progress billing

E. CONSIDERATIONS

This quotation is formulated in regards with the following references;

• Provision of 150M3/day Specific Design

• BOD standard for Domestic Waste in category of strong characteristics of influent at BOD5
of 1200 mg/l, COD 1500 PCU, and TSS of 1600 mg/l.
