which may not possible from kirana store.
15. I enjoy several payment options to shop online but only cash
payment option is available while shopping from kirana store.
16. I do not need to carry heavy grocery bags, as grocery will be
delivered at my doorstep while shopping online.
17 Delivery charges for low amount of purchase seems to be costly in
online grocery purchase.
18 Local & known kirana stores provide credit without interest which
is not available in online shopping.
19 My local kirana store provides home delivery , if amount of
purchase is large..
20 I always feel shaky whether online purchase will deliver out-dated
product.
