The Registrar of Maharashtra State Dental Council is directed to transfer the name of Dr. PRIYA
SHARMA in Part-A of the State Dentists Register of Maharashtra State Dental Council and the
Registrar of Andhra Pradesh State Dental Council is requested that upon receipt of confirmation of
having been transferred, the name of Dr. PRIYA SHARMA based on NOC dated 14-08-2018 of Andhra
Pradesh State Dental Council holding registration No. A16615 in Maharashtra State Dental Council,
his/her name may please be removed from the State Dentists Register of Andhra Pradesh State
Dental Council.

The above is issued based on the receipt of No Objection Certificate issued by the Andhra Pradesh
State Dental Council and without verifying the details of Dr. PRIYA SHARMA.

Dr. PRIYA SHARMA is hereby directed to approach to the State Dental Council/Tribunal for the
purpose. The validity of this NOC is for six months.

1. The Registrar, Maharashtra State Dental Council, for necessary action with a request you to kindly
verify the authenticity of the documents as furnished by the above applicant at the time of registration in
your State Dental Council/Tribunal, as the DCI has issued this NOC on the basis of documents
furnished by the above applicant without verifying the same.
2. The Registrar, Andhra Pradesh State Dental Council, for necessary action.
3. Dr. PRIYA SHARMA, for information and necessary action.
