MUST READ Reminders and Guidelines!!!

> Deadline of pre-registration promo is on April 14, 2019, Sunday (until 12midnight).
> Forms sent later than the deadline date are welcome but will have a P50 increase on the registration fee and P10 every meal per delegate.
On or before April 14, 2019 P150 (On-time Registration fee) + P500 (P50/meal X 10) = P650 (total payment per delegate).
After April 14, 2019 until the duration of conference P200 (LATE Registration fee) + P600 (P60/meal X 10) = P800 (total payment per delegate).

CHURCH REPRESENTATIVE
> Kindly assign a representative from your church to settle the registration and food fees at the Registration Cashier located inside of
CBBC-San Pedro's Admin Building.
> Please collect and prepare it beforehand to save time in settling of fees.
> Upon arrival, the church must settle their delegates' fees first at the registration table before being accommodated to their respective
dorms/places.
(The registration cashier will be on a round-the-clock duty with the accommodation team.)

MEAL TIME LEADER


> Also, please assign a "meal-time leader." He will be the one responsible to pick-up food from the kitchen every meal time.
> He will be given an ID recognized by the kitchen for the claiming of meals. (In case he will be absent for a meal time, he may entrust this ID to
his fellow church member who will be responsible for his task.)
> He will gather his church's delegates in their designated mess place during meal times and check their attendance.
(He must always be present at their church's designated mess place during meal times.)
> He will show the ID pass given to him from the registration every meal-time for him to be able to claim his church's meal allotment.
Food will be served in trays.
> He will pick up the food by trays from the kitchen and is responsible of returning them right after serving to his church's delegates. He can
have some assistants to carry the food.
(Trays that are returned late or lost will have a fine.)
> This means, the delegates who availed of these meals will not fall in line in the kitchen individually but rather go directly to their designated
mess place and wait for their meal-time leader to serve their food.
