software. He/ She also interpret and explain human resources
policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations, hire
employees and process hiring-related paperwork; inform job
applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities,
compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or
promotion opportunities or address employee relations issues,
such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other
employee concerns.

Basically, this profession requires good social skills like

listening and understanding on what other people is saying;
Speaking or talking to others to convey information effectively
and others like reading comprehension and communicating in
writing that is somehow evident to the client.
